I usually stop here on the weekends, and the food is hot and delicious, but sometimes the service is hit and miss. I asked for Arby’s sauce for my roast beefs, and dipping sauce for our nuggets, they were both on the receipt, and they asked me what sauces I wanted, but no sauces of any kind. Food would have been better with those sauces

The big fat white guy that runs the drive thru is always very rude and acts like he’s doing me a favor for waiting on me. I called the store to file a complaint and was told by the manager to take my business elsewhere.

I haven’t eaten at Arby’s for some time. Ànd no particular reason. But we went there last night. I had the onion prime rib, curly fries and chocolate shake. It was excellent. Wife had the crispy chicken no fries and a drink. Later she ordered a coffee shake. All were very good. Fast and friendly service. Definitely will go back.

My app does not work and the facility will not offer the same pricing as the app. They have always fogottsn my sauces and do not include napkins. This latest order I recieved had so much sauce all over the wrapper and bun that I couldn’t eat the sandwich without getting soiled. On top of that, no napkins.

Very rude and hateful for no reason. I came through drive through right as they were opening and only one other car in front of me. I start to order and then in a rude tone says what size!? After telling him what size I ask do you have sweet tea? Again rudely says yes we have sweet tea, is that all? I say no I need… and start to order next meal to again the rude response of what size!? I again tell him what size and then finish my order with a kids meal and juice as the drink. I get to the window and he takes my payment I hear him tell another worker we don’t have juice, so me willing to be flexible with getting my child something different to drink ask, are you out of juice? To which he very rudely say No! I haven’t walked over to get it. I was fed up with the attitude and said okay well there is no reason to be rude as I am saying this he tells me to pull forward to wait for my food and to have a blessed day very sarcastic in tone. I pulled forward waited for my food a lady brings it out, who looks to be a manager so I tell her about the gentleman at the window and how he needs to be told to cool his tone then all she rudley says is okay, have a great day. Angry about the experience I leave and get home to realize they in fact did not give me the juice for my child’s meal. I will be reaching out to cooperate and will never eat at this establishment again.
