Tried to order online and the online services were down for this store only. Tried to call could not get through on the phone to this store only. Finally went up to the store to place my order then was told the specific pizza that I wanted was only available online order. Meanwhile could barely hear the person helping me over the music from from the back. If you’re online services are down for your store only don’t you think you would be able to take any online order in store made no sense at all. Honestly looked more like a bunch of kids having a party than a place of business.

Ordered online arrived at the time our order was supposed to be ready. The machine was empty. After ten minutes I asked about our order and was told it was in the oven and would be about ten minutes. Our order ended up being thirty mins late. The food was good, however waiting longer for our food the staff needs to be friendlier and more accommodating. There was others who were waiting way past the time for thier order too. We had two peps and a three meat. I overheard a lady asking about her large cheese and why it was fourty five minutes late.

It is absolutely ridiculous to have to sit at the speaker and wait 8 minutes to get my order taken. So, I made a point to order off the Hot-N-Ready menu so I didn’t have to wait any longer. After I pay, the kid tells me to park and he’ll bring it out to me when it’s ready. When I said, “I thought the whole point of “Hot-N-Ready” is that it would be ready to go”, he says, “We have to get it ready.” I’m done with Little Caesars. Their food isn’t that great to begin with. Add on a ridiculous wait time for something that is supposed to be “Hot-N-Ready”, and enough is enough. 28 minutes later, with the baby screaming because he’s tired of waiting on the carseat, I get him out, go inside, ask for the manager and demand my money back. No apologies, just excuses. And “I’ve got your order right here. Do you still want your money back?”

Their speaker doesn’t work, drive has sign on window says come to lobby. Went in and no one even said, hey be with you in a min. They saw me standing there. Guy taking trash out..another fool walked out back. Screw you …I’ll leave. Get it together people. Just saying hey be with you in a min would have been great! But nothing. Ridiculous

I went through the drive through to pick up an online order. He said I had to come inside. Why? Once inside, even though my order was made almost 2 hours earlier, he said it was still in the oven. After waiting a few minutes he asked my name again and discovered it actually was ready on time and he looked in the wrong place. No apologies were made. I was a little irritated but the food was as expected. The bread sticks are always a big hit with our kids.

Went there about a month ago (decided to leave a review since corporate never responded to my complaint). 1. The drive thru service wasn’t available. 2. Get inside, no sodas, was told I had to wait 15 mins for 1 pizza 3. Disgruntled customers complaining along with me, and the manager said, when asked his name, that he doesn’t have to give that information, haughty and rude. Needless to say, I asked for my money back. It was convenient, as I like the drive thru option, and the pizza is not bad, but with that type of service and management, they will never get my money.

Manager or shift lead was definitely drunk or on drugs. Stumbled around and slurred words. Yelled at employees and guests. Got a text saying my pizzas were done at 1:45. I had to walk out at 2:15 since I had to find backup pizza for my kids birthday party I was going to. There were the same 4 people with me in the store for the 35 minutes I was there. I feel bad for the kids that work there to pay bills full time. Having a leader like this guy would make my work life horrible. He was a youngish Asian American guy with dirty hands that’s all I remember. Open pizza boxes visible to guests as well as trash on the ground we could see. Get it together.
