I’ve been in twice and have never gotten food. Waited for 30 min today and got sandwiched with things not asked for on them and they were soaked in vinegar and oil . Not sure why they put what ever they want on the food when specifically told what I wanted on them. I left with no food as I didn’t have time to wait on a correction. Lines are so long and felt crowded around the tables people were sitting at.

I am just traveling through from Texas and was excited to stop and get Jersey Mikes. Upon entering and ordering a California Club on white I was given a paper that apparently had my order on it that said #31? I then look up and don’t see a #31 but assume they know what their doing because they work there not me. But I wait through the line with the person I am with and their sandwich gets made and they say what they want on it and even go and pay. Meanwhile I am still waiting in line to tell the lady what I want on my sandwich. After standing there for close to 5 minutes while the people behind me pass me up, the lady at the register, Katie says “um I have your sandwich”. So I go up to the register where my order is already bagged and I say “I don’t think that’s my sandwich I didn’t see them make it or tell them what to put on it.” The lady ensures it’s mine and was made in the back. At this point I am very confused as to why my cold sub was made in the back but tell her I want it Mikes Way. And she bickers back saying I should’ve told the lady who took my order that when I thought it was gonna be made in front of me and she didn’t ask either. At that point another lady walks up and asks the issue, and Katie (the lady at the register) looks at her and rolls her eyes and shakes her head. I then tell her in a calm manner that there is no reason to shake your head at a customer standing in front of you. A man next to her then tells me that they can just open it and add the toppings but I was over it and appreciated his help and paid and left. When I opened my sandwich I could feel it was hot and was in fact a California Chicken Cheese Steak. I would’ve appreciated if the staff didn’t let me stand and stare at the lady making the sandwiches waiting for mine and if the lady at the register, Katie didn’t have a negative attitude with me. Very sad to see Jersey Mikes treating customers like this.

Second time at this location. Staff seems to be unable to focus on orders. First time I explained my wife was severely allergic to gluten. It needed to be glutten free. Pretty simple, but it was regular bread. So after a night of being sick, diaherra, and stomach pain, we figured it was not glutten free. Second time I ordered lg tuna on glutten free, and a lg Mikes beef Philly Cheese. I was give a reg Mikes Philly, and did get the lg tuna.Didn’t stop to try to get order straight, as they were busy. Hoping they didn’t get the glutten free backwards. We’ll see. Owner needs to start sending unknown shoppers into location before all is lost.

I got the Super Sub #5 and the Big Kahuna #56. The lady that made my #5 did an outstanding job. It was so fresh and I felt like I got real value. And the young man who made the#56 did a great job too. I was told it was really good.

I’ll give it a three when in reality I wanna give it a two. Few times was great but last two times no one will let me add anything to my sandwich and I think it’s a waste to pay 16 dollars for a plain sandwich. Maybe don’t wrap it away from the line so people can actually get something on it. Just won’t be coming back anymore subway and steak escape atleast ask
