I’ve ordered delivery, dined in, as well as have done curbside pickup from this JJ’s, and it has always been excellent. For less than $9 for one of their regular sandwiches, the #8, the Billy Club, I was full. The sandwich weighed in at 13.5 ounces before I could barely finish it. I was full. The picture does not due it justice as you can’t see the full load of meat they stacked this thing with too. Outstanding deli sandwich for the money in my opinion for this area.

Sat in the drive thru for about 7 mins before going inside thinking it would be faster… waited about 5 mins before anyone took my order… a 4 with extra tomatoes, a 9, and a 12 all cut in half…

I bit into my sandwich and almost lost a tooth. The bread was so hard. It’s as if I was served days old bread. They sent out another one but my appetite was completely gone after tasting that stale bread.

Tried the new Thai summer wrap and it was SO GOOD!!! Only issue is the price… $9 for a wrap is a bit much I think. I’ll probably get it again but not often due to the price.

Ordered a #11 with no mayo or tomato add bacon. Very simple. I got home and it covered in mayo along with Dijon mustard and no bacon! This is the 2nd time in a week my sandwich was screwed up. Won’t go back!

So I’ve never written a review when they’ve messed up my order because they’ve always made it right and gave me in-store credit for their mistakes. Well I’m supposed to have at least $20 in my account. I went in July and had $28, got a mini sandwich for my son with the credit and used my free birthday sandwich reward to pay for mine. Well they messed up my birthday sandwich (as they always do – they put extra mayo in my BLT when I ask for NONE – never add extra tomatoes like I ask for – but always put extra mayo) (Mayo and Tomato are 2 different things right?!?!) and so the manager said he was going to add credit back to my account for the messed up order. So that was probably $23 that I had left in credit after the mini + $8 for my messed up Birthday sandwich. Well today I went to use some of my credit and there was only $8 on there… so when I called about my messed up order last time, they proceeded to delete my $23 credit (or whatever it was, something close to $23) and REPLACED it with $8, so I only had $8 credit… If I would have known you guys were going to erase my past credit from YOUR past mistakes, then I would have driven back to the store and got my correct order last time. Absolutely disgusting way to treat your guests who’s food you messed up. They “looked in the system” today for me and only saw 2 credits and one was way back from 2020, which proves they are lying because I had about 4 to make up about $28… so tell me where my credits went? They cannot fine people who can read correctly off of a ticket.. and I get punished for it. Will never be returning to this horrible location.

This place has been hit or miss for a long time. Some days you get a great sandwich that makes you want to get another sandwich, so the next day you order the same thing and it’s missing not only the requested freebies but the base sandwich itself isn’t made correctly. It gets to be pretty frustrating. Not sure what this store needs to do to improve consistency of their product but it’s been the biggest issue I’ve experienced there on a… Consistent basis..

I feel scammed. For the price they charge, should get more than one single slice of meat on the beach club sandwich. But nope, that’s what I got. One slice so thin, you could see right through it, literally. And this was a delivery from this location, so I paid the extra fee, paid the tip in advance, not at the store so I couldn’t ask for more meat.

Terrible service. I ordered #14 with all the freebies and it came with no, not even Mayo and they took out the breading on the inside of the bun. I also ordered a number 3 with all the freebies. Tuna was no fresh lettuce was not fresh, no cucumbers and no freebies and barely tuna and just a ton of lettuce, literally couldn’t even eat it. This location has a ton of terrible reviews. Management needs to figure this location out, before they get no customers. We will definitely not be going back to this one.
