I had to wait to place my order and when two associates discussed personal business while I waited, one suggested that call out to cashier to get my order placed. Order was given to prep person and finally takes my order. The food was didn’t taste good to me.

I visited this Arby’s this week, last week and the week before last. The food has been good on each visit although the employees have been less than focused on good customer service. My latest visit I experienced an extremely sticky/tacky floor at the ordering area, the soft drink/condiment section and dining room areas. I observed employees looking at their cell phones with their backs toward customers while behind the counter (I had to ask for something) The Arbys sauce was not available from the pumps as employees stated we needed to use packets. Napkins were shoved under table legs in the dining area due to unleveled tables. The concrete sidewalks at the customer entrance / exits were black from not being washed or cleaned (observed on multiple visits in recent months). One or more restaurant employees were seen standing outside of the customer entrance and would run inside when cars pulled up. I have visited this restaurant on several occasions this year and the food is good but proper management seems to be missing for whatever reason.

Love the franchise but two consecutive negative experiences at this specific location warranted a review. Employees are unfriendly, unprofessional and unhygienic. Was disappointed to read recent reviews with similar complaints as nothing seems to have changed. Arby’s will continue to get my business but this store will not.
