Sun, March 26: Better-Than-Your-Mom’s Pot Roast
We have nothing but respect for your mother, but we bet you’ll agree: our incredibly tender, moist, and tasty pot roast sets a new standard for this beloved comfort food dish. We simmer it oh-so-slowly to ensure it stays tender, and serve it with mashed potatoes and roast broccoli. It’s like dinner is a big hug.
Mon, March 27: Chicken Or Bean Quesadillas
Quesadillas with avocado, caramelized onion, and gooey melted cheese make a deliciously hearty and satisfying meal. We offer them two ways: meatless with black beans, or with chicken. They’re served with roast zucchini and wedges of iceberg topped with ranch dressing. (Gluten Free by request)
Tue, March 28: Pistachio And Grapefruit Crusted Salmon
A startling combination of ingredients lends a unique balance of flavors and textures to this hauntingly delicious dish. Bright grapefruit zest, and crunchy, nutty pistachios atop rich salmon is served with sautéed shaved Brussels sprouts and roast baby potatoes. (Gluten Free)
Wed, March 29: Apricot Hoisin Chicken
Succulent, tender chicken is finished with a universally appealing salty-sweet glaze. The chicken is served with roast broccoli and unctuous (and somewhat addictive!) sesame noodles. (Note: The noodles contain sesame and peanuts. Please let us know if you have an allergy and we will substitute rice).
Thurs, March 30: Pad Thai (Shrimp Or Chicken)
Rich, vibrant Pad Thai, the rice noodle dish prized for its careful balance of sweet, sour, and savory flavors, is made with shrimp or chicken, plus an array of vegetables, and sprinkled with peanuts. You’ve told us over and over this is one of your favorites. The Pad Thai comes with a refreshingly crisp mango cabbage salad with cucumbers and bell peppers tossed with a creamy cilantro-lime dressing. (Peanuts omitted by request). Fri, March 31: Steak (Or Shrimp) Frites
Our take on this French bistro classic starts with rich, meaty skirt steak or succulent shrimp. The entree is served with perfect crispy “frites” (aka French fries) — and like the steak or shrimp, they are made even more delicious when paired with our Italian Salsa Verde, a condiment made with parsley, garlic, olive oil, lemon, capers, and more. We round out the meal with crisp-tender blistered green beans.
Sun, April 2: Short Ribs Bolognese
We start this two-day Bolognese sauce by cooking short ribs slowly and ever so gently, until the meltingly tender meat falls from the bone. Those same bones are used to enrich the tomato broth that forms the basis of the sauce. The end product is deeply flavorful, hearty and rich Bolognese with short rib meat, mushrooms, and more—served over classic pappardelle noodles. This not-to-be-missed Sunday supper is served with a salad with peppery arugula and roast squash.

Chicken Fricassee
Roasted Chicken with bright, sweet green peas, meaty shiitake mushrooms, and fresh herbs cook together in a light, flavorful broth. This dish reheats beautifully, thanks to the broth which keeps it moist and tender.
Provençal Salmon
Roasted Salmon is served with luscious Provençal topping, made with tomatoes, olives and basil. (The sauce is not only delicious, it helps keep the fish moist and tender when reheated.)

Absolutely recommend Trunk Pop Dinners for your next event! Marge was fantastic! A pleasure working with her. She was very responsive both over text and calls and truly helped identify the best combination of items for our event. And talk about the food! I always worry that there won’t be enough food for an event, but not only was it plentiful, it was delicious! We had Fried Chicken sliders with slaw, Shrimp with Chimmichuri and an impressive cheese and charcuterie board. Incredible variety and an absolute “wow” factor! Will be working with Marge and Truck Pop Dinners again! Thank you!

I had to write a review for this amazing idea that these great chefs have created. Two award winning chefs David and Marge will cook for you the most delicious dinners and all you have to do is pull up to their store front kitchen and they will bring it right to your car either heated or oven ready to heat in your own kitchen! Their menu is superb and varies every week. They do holidays as well. We have always had a great meal whether its Jambalaya, Short Ribs, vegetarian dish and everything in-between. No need to run out to a restaurant when you have this come right to you. Try Trunk Pop. You will love it. Oh yes, dessert too!
