Horrible!! I ordered a crispy chicken deluxe sandwich and was given 10 pc nuggets. I take it back and they give me a burnt chicken sandwich! Unbelievable!! I’m sure they would not eat this at all!! Very pathetic for a McDonald’s! I ended up going thru the line 3 times and the 3rd time was to return the food. I asked for a refund and received it because I will not eat food that is not fit for human consumption!! Better off eating a candy bar than to get sick.

The new design is awesome but the service did not reflect that. People waited 8 to 10 minutes at the counter to order and even asked if they could order there, they were told they can wait. Took 30 minutes to get my order and then it was cooked poorly. Definitely not friendly but sadly this is the new norm for most places.

I will never visit this particular location again after the experience I just had with my family. We were at the kiosk placing our order when the lady who had been standing to the side when we walked in just started yelling and berating the employees. Best I could gather from what she was saying is that she wasn’t an angry customer but had personal business with another employee. The manager did absolutely nothing to handle this situation and all of the employees allowed this woman to continue standing there yelling until the employee she wanted to speak to finally came running up. They eventually took things outside and at one point, the employee came back in. The manager reminded her that she was still on the clock and that was the only thing said by the manager at all throughout the whole conflict.

I keep coming through the drive-thru because my six year old loves his happy meal. This place has so much potential, but needs new management or better management training. Poor communication skills with employees. Says, “is that all?” After every item ordered. I have yet to visit when the ice cream machine is working.

If I could give a zero star review I would. The service was absolute garbage, I expected so much more even from mcdonald’s. The employee working the drive through window at 6:50 on August 25th 2023 definitely should be terminated for being rude, disrespectful and completely ignored one of the drive through lines. Terrible job and please get it together. I’ll never go to this store again.

Went to this McDonald’s several times. This time girl at the window clearly gives me vanilla shakes when I ordered strawberry argued with me telling me the white shakes were strawberry. Sat for half an hour to get vanilla shakes with a hint of the pinkish color of strawberry and told they were out of strawberry. Super hot!!!

Sat behind 2 cars in drive through for 10 minutes. When I pulled in and drove around to get in the drive through lane, there were 2 cars that already were picking up their food, no other cars coming from order lane, 2 cars just sitting there that I pulled up behind. For 10 minutes + we sat there. I was blocked in so I couldn’t get out of line. I called the phone number 8 times, no answer. When I finally get to the pay window and asked, nicely, what caused the hold up, the girl very nastily said, I’m the only one. Since I didn’t want them to mess with my food, I said ok and pulled up to the next window where I witnessed the manager just standing there, yawning and playing on her phone. This isn’t the first time I’ve been there that the line is just stalled for a long time, it has happened multiple times. It seems like they might need retraining at that location in customer service, attitude, and how to move a drive through lane and maybe management who can be on top of things. I just don’t understand how they don’t care about the job they are doing.

Mcchicken Deal is what I went for. The burger took 30 minutes to get. Worst McDonald’s when it comes to service. I always try a McDonald’s in the city I visit, nothing beats the service like in the middle east. Ignore if possible.
