Ordered $75 worth of food from here to go and went I got to the hotel, the fish sandwich and chicken sandwich were both missing the top bun!!!. I was too far away so I couldn’t go back. I just figured I would write them later and get it fixed. This was about 2 months ago. I originally left this review about a month and a half ago but I deleted it once I contacted Culver’s by email and they said they would send coupons. I thought that was fair so I deleted the review. A month and a half later I did not receive anything in the mail. Really disappointed in their customer service.

Only bad grades for the Waunakee Culver’s. Other Culver’s could get 5 stars for everything. It was my favorite place for many years. Fish sandwich and dinner, ruben, shrimp, burgers and custard are all excellent.

I requested Swiss and cheddar for my burger. It was a huge deal apparently to do that and the young lady who was taking my order (poor girl bless her heart) was told I absolutely could not order two cheeses for my burger, even after I said I was more than willing to pay an uncharted. She was perseverant and eventually she was allowed to put my SLICE OF CHEESE on my order. However it was only allowed on the side. This is ridiculous. It’s a slice of cheese and if the CUSTOMER is willing to pay an upcharge, there should never be an issue with additions. To top it off the cashier who was more than willing to take my money ( different from who took the order) rudely tells me to move and park. Oh and have a nice day.

Went through the drive thru today… I ordered cheese curds and ice cream in a cake cone. This took about 10 minutes to get out, which I understand as I’ve worked in the food industry. However, when the guy came to my car with my order, I was only handed cheese curds. I asked where the cone was and he said he’d be out with it. No big deal, things happen. He comes out with my cone though, and it’s all melted… as soon as I grab the cone my hands were covered in ice cream and I wasn’t given napkins in my bag nor with the cone. I didn’t even get to enjoy the ice cream as it was already halfway melted by the time it got to me. That part I don’t entirely understand, as someone who’s worked in the food industry, why would you give someone something that you wouldn’t give to yourself?? I understand it was a bit busy, but they either could’ve 1. Gotten me my cone faster or 2. Remade it before bringing it out to me. Incredibly frustrated with this experience. Giving it 2 stars because previous visits haven’t been much of an issue.

Ordered curbside for (4) people. Totaled $80 and change. Website well designed to order a complete meal by person. From there it went downhill very fast. Ordered at 5:11pm. Delivery at 5:18pm per culvers not me. I got it by 5:18pm but the meal was slaughtered. The 4 malts, mixers, shakes were slopped all over the outside of the cups, the tray, the holder and the burger bag. The kid tried to shove the huge bag and the drinks through my drivers side window at the same time. No drink covers on the mixers, shakes, and malts so they slopped all over my passenger side seat. What a flipping sticky mess!!! The burgers were so haphazardly assembled it looked like all the components were thrown in the box. Ketch, mustard, all over the boxes and buns. Burgers with half melted cheese thrown in. Grease saturated the boxes and literally broke apart when taking out so the burgers feel on the table. Cheese sauce containers had cheese spilled all over the outside. The napkins were grease soaked and stuck to everything making the mess worse. From my perspective, Culvers was the upscale burger joint with classy custard. For $80, I expect a little attention to detail. Burgers made with care, packaged with care, delivered with a level of upscale poise. The McDonald formula is fast due to process control but sometimes quality was compromised. Culver’s has neither quality control, process control or attention to detail. What kind of manager cannot know how his servers are working? Is there even a manger on site? The level of apathy at this location must stem from the leadership.

I have never had a bad Culver’s experience until this one. Double burger not hot enough to melt the cheese. Culver’s is great but this one either had an off day or just poorly represents the chain.

Super slow drive thru…the longes wait I’ve ever had at any Culver’s…20+ minutes for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 malts…cars in waiting spots were there before us and still there when we left

You can usually count on Culver’s and the worst I can say is that I got a burger quickly thrown together, barely wrapped, with the wrong add-on during a snow storm once. The fact that people showed up to work and there were still a fair amount of customers says something. The service is spotty, people often complain about the parking lots and I don’t care for the atmosohere inside, but it could depend on where you go and how young you are.
