I came to the drive thru after a very rough day where I was greeted by the manager, Sean, who was overly talkative, asking too many questions about my personal life and making me overall extremely, extremely uncomfortable. He made sure to let me know he always works night shifts (for what reason I don’t know like I don’t care?) When he gave me my food he also made an attempt to hit on me while I was on the phone with my fiancé. I was disgusted. I basically lost my appetite at that point. As a manager, that is extremely disturbing, disrespectful, and unsafe. Will not be coming here again due to the unbearable conversation at the window. I am shocked that someone in charge would think that is acceptable.

Workers are rude and refused to give my children toys for kids meal and it was my daughter’s birthday. Unbelievable. Thought the customer was always right. Not at this burger King after I spent 50.00 on my 3 kids and my wife. Never again

If i could give zero stars i would horrible customer service! Martha who is supposed to be the manager has an attitude for no reason! They need to retrain management on better customer service! Rushing us out the way and was mad because she got our order wrong! Didn’t even take my food i took my money back and left!

Terrible..I get the same order everyday for my autistic son. 3 eight piece nuggets and one value fry. So I will notice the wrong order. I go back. Where is your receipt. You didn’t give me one. It only happens when the white lady is taking the orders. She needs to be fired. She’s so unpleasant.

This place needs to be shut down or have the staff fired. They’re incompetent, slow, always out of everything. Sat at the speaker for 10 minutes only to be told they can’t take orders at the drive thru. Get inside to a line of 40 people and they’re out of burgers and chicken. I am in line for the second time in three weeks trying to buy a hamburger at ten pm after; it closes at midnight. I’m waiting in the line for a half-hour. I can’t back out because cars are behind us. finally, the gentleman moves in front of me, and I’m sitting by the speaker, waiting for another 10 minutes for somebody to speak to me to find out that they closed. This Has to be the worst Burger King. To do that to somebody it’s shameful the owner should be reprimanded don’t tell me about the shortage of employees I don’t see him in there working or them in there working this is what you do when you own a business you work!

Nastiest women I have ever met. They double charged me for the same order I had literally purchased yesterday. I have the receipt. I called corporate and got the typical gift card. The first woman closed the drive thru window in my face when I complained. The second woman shut the door in my face as she no longer wanted to deal with me. They closed their dinning room at 5 p.m. and I had to walk up to the drive thru. I paid double even though the menu above the counter says different.
