I had a small issue with my order! And I spoke with the Manager about it and she asked me to come pick up a remake. After a couple of days I went to pick it up and the manager brought it out with a Smile. Her service was very Professional all around , She took care of my situation and it’s Managers like her that makes Customer service Great. Thank you

Although not all the tables were clean inside, the food was cheap and I got it before I could even fill my drink. The longest part was me filling my drink at the fountain. It was swift service. Got home and the food was all great. A whole meal for less than $10 dollars, and the fastest service I’ve ever seen to boot.

Food was great. Service was good. The lobby was closed when I went through, probably short staffed, and they didn’t have any ability to use the menu speaker at the drive through, so I had to order from the window, and the worker who took my order was efficient and friendly. The food came out quickly, and it was very hot and seemed fresh.

The service is always great, however EVERYTIME I stop by they are ALWAYS out of something or can’t make it. Ice, Mac & cheese, chicken salad, no chicken sandwiches, no wings, it’s just always something. I’ve worked in customer service before and I understand shortages, but EVERYTIME? Come on now. I stop by at least once a week and always have to drive off empty handed EVERY single time

Golden chick is great. I eat at many locations and generally have no issues. This one however is a special store. Out of the last 6ish visits the order has always had an issue. Poppers with no ranch that supposed to be included. Spicy seasoning missing when requested, randomly out of sandwiches, ect. Always something here wrong. Today was special. Spicy seasoning was missing on the chicken and the poppers came with no ranch. They are super simple little things that are so easy to get right yet somehow they still screw it up.

Call before you go to make sure that they will have food. I just left there and they did not have the catfish ready and they were out of coleslaw. This is not the first time that I have been here and they did not have the food. The last time I went they were out 9f chicken legs. This is a Fast Food joint and DINNER TIME. They should have the food as well as have it already cooked when ordering through the drive-thru.

Food was okay, fish a little hard for me to eat.. cashier that took our order was polite enough too us but very rise to the next man who left without purchasing anything.. they were out of a lot of things that were on the menu. Lobby wasn’t as clean as I’d prefer going into a place that wasn’t very busy at all.. wasn’t somewhere I would go back to and it was my first ever visit.. I wasn’t impressed..

This Place is a mess. I am 22 and have multiple years of frycook experience. As someone a little older, I would recommend that any high schoolers or young men and women steer clear of this entry level job. They will not contact you with a proper start date, they will not let you know even a day in advance. The staff were extremely un-professional. When I say this, I mean the lowest of the low. I showed up to start working here, after waiting 3 days for a definitive time to come in for my FIRST shift. (I ended up being told to come in whenever by someone who wasn’t a manager because they couldn’t even provide a real time.) The employees said the manager needed to tell me what time to come in. (The same person I waited 3 days to hear from) i also called the store the day before my start date. Approximately 11-12 times. (I had to eventually walk to the location to get an answer, only to discover the employees were sitting on their phones & ignoring the calls I had made.) All I wanted was my start time. I showed up the next day at noon (the time I had set for myself after getting no answer) and the manager still wasn’t there. Her employees said she needed to be there at 12. She wasn’t. And the cooks and staff took no initiative in getting me started. I walked out and took an apprenticeship for an electrician in my family. Long story short, this place has the worst application process i’ve ever been a part of, including the military. The lack of even the smallest and miniscule attention to detail is sad. DO. NOT. APPLY.

Stopped by at 920 for 16 tenders and was told it was too late. Only 4 tenders left due to a online order. I work in the restaurant industry. 4 hungry kids at home and I didn’t get off till 9. Won’t come back.

I ordered an 8 pc mixed meal with potatoes and gravy and coleslaw and 2 tender meals with Mac n cheese. The 8pc was not mixed. It was all fried and overcooked. No gravy for the potatoes. The 2 tender meals had cold Mac n cheese. Each meal had only 1/2 cup of gravy. All of the rolls were undercooked and smashed. This was not the first time. Service was okay, but I wasn’t asked if I wanted extra drinks and no napkins or silverware were put in the bags. WORST MEAL EVER! Last time we’ll spend $50 on bad food.
