Sat for around 10 minutes for someone to answer the button (we were the only ones in the entire establishment) only for the worker to come out and tell us the speaker was broken. No sign posted about that spot being broken. Waited for an additional 10-15 minutes for our food. We were about to place 4 orders, but we only placed 2 because we simply could not wait that long. We ended up going across the street to Wendy’s because the service was that bad. The sign may say under new management, but it seems like it needs to be under new new management. Also as well, there was only one person working in the entire place, and some random person not in uniform ended up coming to give us napkins. Very unprofessional. 0/10 would recommend.

Been here before and disappointed but was inspired to try it again once I saw the Under New Management sign. Sadly, it’s the same old slow uncaring service. Ordered two shakes and two blasts from one of the drive-in kiosks and waited patiently 10 minutes before seeing the screen move on to the “on its way” step. After several more minutes and increasing rain we didn’t turn to see a CarHop carrying a four drink holder and an umbrella, we saw two employees partially out the door hollering to us that they were not delivering because it was raining. Did I say I even tipped them on my debit in advance? Well I did and for that consideration I got the expectation for me, the customer, having to retrieve my order from a drive-in! Absolutely ridiculous and I shall never return.

Ordered a bacon burger and i didnt get a bacon burger but was charged for one. The burger also was horrible and yes that’s a chunk of lettuce. Service was terrible.

Stopped coming because the service is always poor and the orders are always incorrect. Decided to try again. Poor idea on my part. At least this time the employee was nice. But can’t even get an order of only two drinks right. Ordered a cran grape slush and a blue raspberry slush with nerds. Arrived home to see I received a grape milkshake( ) and a blue raspberry slush without nerds. Good job on staying consistently inconsistent.

Doesn’t look very well kept. There is one woman that works here that is fairly new-ish that is always rude no matter what you need. Our order is always wrong when they are the one that takes it. We started ordering on the app to prevent any miscommunication and I would say 9/10 times our order isn’t correct and we have to have them fix it. When she’s at the window I don’t even like saying my food is wrong because she’s so hateful about it. There are 2 WONDERFUL gentlemen that work there- one is a manager and one seems like a long time employee. Those 2 men go above and beyond and are ALWAYS polite. They’re the only reason we keep giving this place a shot. We live nearby and this is our closest location. We like supporting our businesses right by us, but her attitude makes us want to reconsider every single time. Maybe more training for her on how to properly interact with other humans in the food service industry would help.

When to the drive thru. Was asked to wait. Ok fine. After almost 5 mins he answered back and I began to place my order. Before I could I finish the man muttered something unintelligible and ran about to flag down a car that pulled into a order stall outside to tell them to use the drive thru. He went back inside and after several minutes I didn’t hear from him again so I drove away. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened here. Or the second, or the third, or the fourth. I don’t go here very often. Especially after having my debit card ruined from being placed in a puddle of grease on the window counter and rubbed around in it while waiting for the transaction to clear by an employee. It’s a 50/50 shot you’ll be able to place an order at all and the odds are even lower if you want a shake lol.

No matter what Sonic you go to you’re going to have to wait- so that is just the price you pay I’m not even going knock them for that. It took a few minutes for the girl to remember to return my cc. I specifically asked for no cheese (so I fully expected it to take extra time). As I sat waiting the cook (I guess) brings out my bag tells me he made it especially for me and I take off – awesome right….nope….cheese all up on my food and super greasy, eggs slathered in grill grease. I ate the tots and tossed the rest. I learned my lesson….just stick to corn dogs. BUT they ARE super friendly and I will give them that much. I probably won’t be back.

Food came out extremely fast. I assume it was premade and waiting under a heat lamp. Fries were old tasting. Cheeseburger wasn’t too bad, nice flavor, just too many onions. Cherry limeade tasted great. Server didn’t bring condiments and never came back to check on me. I even gave her a tip! Not next time, if I go back. Restrooms were actually clean.

Got a lg strawberry cheesecake milkshake picked it up and the cup bottom breaks out all over my pants and floor of car was on my way to appointment so could not save and return for obvious reason of melting and can’t get anyone on phone to complain or get a chance of refund or replacement what the hell sonic you need to do better job then that never even got a taste will be stopping by on my return trip let’s see if I get good results
