Chick-fil-a has never disappointed in service and the food is better the most other fast food places out there.

EXCLUSIVELY FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS, can’t take orders for more than 1 person at a time, will take forever, no communication, and no CFA point options, redemption offers, no kids meals, NOT family friendly. Go further to a regular one not inside the school dining area. If you’re a student ordering 1 meal totally sufficient

The lines are long and it takes a while to get your food but I have little complaints about it when it actually arrives. Good selection of foods and the milkshakes are a favorite of mine. The Chicken sandwiches are delectable, even though the waffle fries can be too salty at times. Not enough to affect my enjoyment of the meal however. If you do go to Chic Fil A at this location, try to find a time when there’s not many people are there to lessen the waiting time.

This location has made me rethink my expectations for Chickfila. The staff is inattentive and maintain a very lazy attitude. When asked for something politely, the staff will complete the request, although this is accompanied by rolling their eyes and some sort of snark side comment. Don’t get me wrong though, the problem runs much deeper than the workers. This location has a culture problem, headed by the manager. She leads the pack on this one, and I am disappointed in Chickfila for allowing such practice. I have never really had a bad experience at any other Chickfila, and I eat there quite often. However, the consistency of the poor quality of service here has driven me away. I am a full time student here, and will no longer be going to this location.

Love the “reviewer” complaining this is a campus only Chick Fil A. Yes it is. Deal with it. I’ve had no issues with any of my orders here

This Chick-Fil-A is HORRIBLE! Staff is mad disrespectful, the food does not taste the same as a real CFA, especially the sandwiches. No combos, no free refills, long waiting times. The night staff is rude and always not doing their jobs properly. I don’t care if this is a privately-owned location. This location is a disgrace to the real CFA.

The food doesn’t taste like a normal Chick-fil-A’s food would taste like, and it’s overpriced. You cannot order a combo. You have to order a drink, separate from fries, separate from a sandwich (pay all with their own individual prices). Long lines sometimes, and cashiers can be rude for no reason. Don’t come here for the service.

Definitely not the experience you come to expect from a Chick-fil-a. Service is often slow and disorganized, food is passable but not great. I get that this is a campus edition of the chain, but the service and food are modest on a good day, a far cry from the usually expected excellence.

This location is on a college campus so I expect it to be busy. This score is not indicative of staff performance or service speed, but of a shift in food quality. I visit Chik-fil-A exclusively for the biscuits. As of late they are bland, dry, and somehow mushy. All of which points to frozen biscuits. They are disgusting. Please bring back the handmade biscuits.

I was friendly and nice, asking for ice. This rude employer wants me to pay $1 for ice. And what kind of fast food restaurant that said “ we are not allow to give ice for free.” I am just a human who also work at another fast food. I always satisfy my customers needs with a friendly smile. This is a whole new level of disrespect. If I can give zero star, I would.
