Had a lovely lunch at this taquería located in Stone Ridge, NY right next to Accord. The white wine was refreshing and my husband enjoyed the Mexican grapefruit soda. The tacos were sooo good! I had the veggie and fish taco and both were great. My husband enjoyed the pork taco. The homemade sauces were fresh and the perfect spice to top off the tacos. I stuck with the mild sauce while my husband enjoyed all three. Very cute restaurant and we enjoyed sitting at the bar.

All the food is fresh and very tasty – the owner (I think) was amazingly helpful with the menu. He uses as much local produce as possible. We had an appetizer and two lunch tacos with the watermelon drink (non alcoholic). Yummy and hit the spot. The only problem is for the price it was not a lot of food so we left a bit hungry. We were ok with it though because we planned on a big dinner and it was a perfect size for us.

Mezcal margaritas, grilled nopales, and grilled mushroom specials were delicious. Guac and chips and salsas were perfect too. Very authentic and so friendly. Love this place. So happy it’s there. I’ll be back soon!

The food here is just alright if you like gourmet style mexican ! Not all that traditional and way way over priced. The Posole was really good but tiny and cold. I was looking to warm up on a cool breezy day. This little snack cost me over $30 dollars with a tip. Kinda a scam pay for your food and Tip before you get your food. “Edit” after the owners response. Ha, not even the same category as a taqueria a real taqueria would have cost much less. Best wishes Great or Bad reviews.

There’s not many vegetarian tacos that can woo you and don’t contain green peppers & onions but Upstate crafted what you would assume to be a bland zucchini taco into a tasty little treat. We were greeted in this tiny restaurant cleverly decorated, with warm hellos and big smiles. The place was meticulously clean, even in the open kitchen and they clearly cared for their business & customers. Simple, well made tasty Mexican food without the sky high pricing, and a very meticulously curated alcohol shelf. We ordered the fish & vegetarian tacos, special plantains, rice & beans and all we super tasty! Sadly they were out of guacamole, but only assuming it is because it is that “good” and now all the more reason to go back! Support your local restaurant and check out this place, it’s worth a stop for a quick bite, and a good classic margarita.

Service was excellent, food delicious, staff super friendly but can I give it 5 stars? Not yet. Giving any restaurant 5 stars is rare for me. Just know I expect to be back often to taste all the menu items. Maybe 5 after that. Definitely on my recommend list.

Five stars for everything – food and atmosphere- only service gets four stars because you have to order at counter and go back to get your meal. FOOD IS EXCELLENT!!! That have a bar (wife had a margarita and I had a draft beer). Give the place a try – we’ll worth it!

I am a huge lover of tacos, and since I live nomadically, I have the opportunity to try a lot of different taco places. I ate here three times during a monthlong stay in the area. The ingredients are all fresh and of good quality, and I like that you can order tacos a la carte at reasonable prices, which seems to be a vanishing option these days as tacos get more and more trendy and upscale/gourmet. I also like that you can dine outdoors in warm weather.
