I used to love this Pizza Hut in Fort Atkinson. Now, not so much. My last 3 experiences with them were awful. The first time, they called me back 15 minutes after I placed my order and they had already charged my debit card to tell me they didn’t have a delivery driver. I was told they were putting a credit on my account. So, the next time I call, surprise, surprise, no credit. Then the last time, I place my order, was told it would be delivered 65 minutes later and guess what-it never came. When I called to see where my food was nobody answered. I called again and got a recording saying they were closed. Then, when I called back when they were open, I got their rude Manager, Becca. Their former Manager, Mike Hall, understood the importance of great customer service. The woman they have running it now, Becca, is rude and treats customers very poorly. I’ve talked to her 2 times now and each time, right when she answered, she sounded snotty and like she just hated her job. I worked at this same location about 18 years ago and this never, ever would’ve been tolerated. Wisconsin Hospitality Group used to run it and they did a great job. Now, I guess Yum Brands runs it. I made a complaint online, was told someone would conact me and nobody did. Apparently, they don’t not have the same high standards as their predecessors.

Our waiter was a sweetheart, even when he was busy manning the counter, drive thru and answering phones. The salad bar was pretty good, with lots of fixings, but no pizza buffet. We had heard that this was supposed to be open earlier in the month. All in all a good visit.

We waited a really long time for our food to come and they got the order wrong we asked for 2 orders of sticks and mot sticks one for 2 tables and they only gave one order of each. Plus I think the meat lovers ham wasnt fully cooked. We got sick from eating it. Pluse we noticed a person waiting to be served for pick up. We stepped in and told them they were waiting a long time to be served and all they could say was sorry. Not going there again.

Buyer beware! Menu prices do not reflect the prices they put on your bill! My boyfriend ordered 6 wings and the menu price listed was 6 for $8.99. He received 5 wings instead of 6. We discussed it with staff and they were helpful and agreed to take off a beverage and extra sauce. This was nice- but when we received the bill the order of wings for 6 bone-in was $11.50!!! Holy cow! Mind you- these are not particularly great wings to begin with, they simply are what they are- but wrong number in the order and a $2.50 price hike! SMH. Staff produced a sign (posted god knows where) that states their menu prices do not reflect their current system prices ♀️ Just be advised; check your orders twice for accuracy and verify pricing item by item or expect to pay god knows what. Menu price attached for reference. For what we paid all-in-all we could easily gone out for steaks. Lesson learned.

I had a double order of bread sticks amongst other items in my order that was supposed to come with two cups of marinara. I called the store and informed them I only got one. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and polite; however, the man who took over the call told me, “Our cook said he put it in there so I don’t know what happened. Unfortunately we can’t do anything about it right now.” And half of my boneless wings were as small, if not smaller than a McDonald’s chicken nugget. It’s a shame as I think Pizza Hut has the best garlic parmesan sauce, it’s literally my favorite!

Walked in Saturday to sit and eat. They have a doorbell letting them know someone has walked in. Waited 5 minutes and no employees. Left and as we were leaving seen the employees sitting in a car out back smoking.
