I had got a sub from there the lady was rude and on top of that made a face because I didn’t have extra for a tip and the people in the back was just staring at me but never the less I ate the sandwich it was pretty good until I took a bite and LONG piece of hair I had to pull out my mouth like ew had the throw the sandwich away because I remember THEY DIDNT HAVE ON NO HAIR NETS LIKE i got ptsd every single time I ride past that place

Im glad we have them here in Statesboro it gives us options with the other Several sub station’s. I enjoyed every sub ive ever eaten from Baldinos never had an issue with any of there wonderful employees i mostly go in for lunch,, so lunch crew your Awesome plus ,,,they have the best daily sub sandwich special of Statesboro

I was a regular before new management came, I am guessing it is the same family that runs the Metter location. The sandwiches are fine, the soups are typically not worth what you pay – sometimes it’s clear that they are literally scraping what’s left at the bottom for you. I miss having HGTV on 24/7 while dining in, now all I hear is the ownership family just talking on the phone or talking to each other loudly with no regard for anyone else. I am also often frustrated when trying to make an order as the older guy doesn’t understand basic words on the menu item, like I have explain things with gestures and pointing. I will keep going here cause I like Baldino’s, at least it’s in town and not out of business.

I’m leaving a 5 star review because there is this one girl that always always makes my sandwich delicious! And she is also the sweetest person there. I always get sad when they don’t have cranberry sauce, but she makes my sandwich so good it doesn’t even need it. When I find out her name I will post another review.

This place has gone so far down with the new owners. They have reduced the amount of meat and cheese and today the toaster was broken for the hot ham and cheese sandwich. If I had been told this before paying I would have left.

Don’t listen to these other reviews. I’ve always had a great experience and even better sandwiches here. Staff is great. Not sure what these reviews are talking about. Considering the young staff and they are expecting to have their sandwich out in less than a minute? I’ve been eating here for years and have never had a bad experience. Maybe these other customers should remember that the staff are human too!!

This used to be my go-to place for subs but since it has changed owners, the quality and care is greatly lacking. They use cheap ingredients instead of the premium ones that Baldinos is known for and have greatly downsized on the menu, especially the bakery items. It is sad to see the original owners go!!

I asked for a salad, it seemed that was an impossible task. My husband found two pepper stems in his sandwich and meat was not as fresh. I asked for a roll for my salad, I got a damn sandwich bun. No peppers that I asked for in my salad. I would avoid this place, it has gone downhill from what it use to be.
