This location really disparages the brand. Slow service. Ridiculously small portions. Dirty. High prices. Imagine paying $35 for two meals the size of a Banquet TV dinner. The ownership is profoundly cheap and short-sighted. I’m never coming back.

I had a poor experience on my visit to L&L. There was only one person working when I arrived at 6:50pm. There had been people waiting for their food but no one was cooking because the worker was busy taking orders. I waited over 30 minutes for my food which had a lot of burn beef and chicken. While the meat was cooking the work would walk away to take more orders or do other duties. The restaurant itself was clean. I don’t have any plans to visit again in the near future.

I remember when this particular location first opened. It was a perfect addition to the local area . The food was excellent and worth every penny. I would eat here at least 3 times a week. That was in 2005-2007 . I ate here for the first time since then yesterday. Not only has the food quality plummeted but the size of the portions are pathetic. I will never eat at this location again unless some serious improvement is made . I spent $50 on 2 seafood combos and 1 cheeseburger combo . The fish was smaller than the shrimp. But at least the 2 giant scoops of rice made up for it . (Not really) . Food was terrible , hard and not even worth $10.

Horrible customer service, 15 dollars for a plate just to be disappointed with the most horrible chicken from this franchise. The chicken is very salty. Macaroni is awful tasting with the rice being the only ok thing. I love the franchise but never coming to this location. Be warned if you want L and L PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION. Never returning to this location.
