Do not do a pickup order at all. The delivery orders are due in 30 minutes or they have to make you a free pizza, but in store pickups have no such guarantee. I was told 15-20 minutes and waited for 50 minutes.

I have attempted delivery from this location 4 times in 3 weeks. One time they had no mushrooms or breadsticks and said they wouldn’t be receiving any for 4 days…and each of the attempts I tried they told me they weren’t doing deliveries because they were so backed up. How are you backed up for 3 weeks straight?! The food from there when I get it is usually subpar, and any delivery takes upwards of 3 hours to receive. When this place first opened they were fantastic, and they have aged like milk. So disappointed because PJ’s was always my favorite pizza. It’s time for a change of either management or ownership.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I have had many bad experiences at this location but finally decided I needed to leave a review. I live within 5 minutes of the store. I ordered two pizzas for carryout. It was supposed to be ready in 65 minutes. I arrived at the 70 minute mark and am told it will still be another hour because it hadn’t even been started. After talking with the manager, I ended up telling them I would like to cancel my order and the manager was very combative and rude. I have also tried to order through the app but it is constantly not working. After calling in the order, I am told they don’t honor the specials or prices from the app or online. Also, there are no papa rewards added when you call it in. I used to love this location and ordered from it at least 3 or 4 times a month. However, unless they drastically change I will not be going back.

Ordered a pizza at 6:58pm. Didn’t get it until 8:02. I specified no contact and they just left it on the ground with nothing underneath it. They didn’t even wait until I answered the door. None of the food I ordered was hot and the pizza looked like it was carried vertically and most of the toppings looked like they were just dumped in the middle of the pizza.. ALSO, I am unable to leave this comment on their website due to it not recognizing my order number. When I called the store to inform them about the food being left on the ground, the lady I spoke with was very impatient and kept trying to talk over me. I use to love Papa John’s, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. If I do order from them again, it won’t be from this location.

I need to amend my posting. This Papa John’s must have gotten new management, or someone has come in a trained them. The pizza is outstanding, and the employees greet you when you walk in the door. There are few places that you go now days where the service and the food is very very good. Keep up the great work. I’ll surely be back again.

This store is lacking in customer service as well as accuracy of when orders will be ready. I ordered online for pickup and ordered a cheese stuffed crust pizza, as soon as I placed my order I was called by the business and told they are out of the cheese that they use to stuff the crust and that they would owe me $3.00. I asked if they could just refund it to my card and I was told no you will need to go back and replace an order. I explained to him that I was currently at work and won’t be able to replace an order. I was given a 14-24 minute time frame of when the order would be ready for pickup. I arrived at the business 24 minutes after I received the email saying it would be ready at this time. I was asked my name and then was told it will be 20-25 minutes. I know I had a perplexed look on my face due to having been told it would be ready at this time. I then asked about the $3.00 refund due to them not having the cheese for the stuffed crust and being told they owe me that amount. I was once again told I would need to go online and redo the order. I asked if they could give me a free 2 Liter drink since they won’t refund the money and was told “No”. I asked to speak to the manager and he said “ I am the manager”. I then asked do you have a corporates name and number I can contact, and was told “No” again. Now what’s interesting about all this is the lack of customer service and professionalism. I then went to my vehicle and waited another 20 minutes and returned back inside the business and was told it will be another 10 minutes. I stood inside and waited the last 10 minutes and while doing so I witnessed two other customers given astronomical wait times for an order to be picked up after they arrived at time for their pick up. I witnessed the manager tell a gentleman an hour before his pizza would be done and he asked why and he pointed to the monitor screen for their orders and said “do you not see all those orders”. I work in a profession where customer service is a must and I do understand that you can’t please everyone, however for a manager to be so unprofessional and unapologetic is quite concerning.

This location used to be good but must have changed management or owners. The last few times I have ordered from them it has been a horrible experience. Tonight, I ordered 32 wings and received some of the smallest wings I have ever seen in my life. Not only were the wings small, but they didn’t bring any of the dipping sauces or cover the wings in any real amount of BBQ sauce. This will be the last time I order from this location or maybe even Papa Johns all together.

We stopped ordering delivery. Most of the wait times is over an hour if you can even order delivery. They have been hit hard with finding drivers. The last couple of times we ordered it seemed they changed their dough recipe, we are not a fan. No longer tastes fresh, more cardboard, rather save the money and buy frozen pizza.
