We have been going to this location for years. Unfortunately, staff turns over fairly often. And every time there is staff turnover, the quality and accuracy goes down the tubes and does not improve without a lot of complaining. In particular, I like to order double meat on my sandwich. And that pricey upgrade ALWAYS gets left off. Even tonight I was told my sandwich was made with double meat when I asked. But when I got home (we order online for pick-up), I found out it was clearly not. That is three visits in a row where it was missing. There also doesn’t seem to be a way to contact them anymore and let them know of the issue, as calling does not seem to work. There used to be a survey you could take, but now it only works if you eat IN the restaurant. We are probably done rolling the dice on whether or not we get our correct order, and it’s unfortunate, because when they get it right, it’s good food. But the cost just isn’t worth the chance we will get what we ordered.

I’ve really started to like potbelly’s in the past several months. The food is always satisfying. I typically order the avo turkey, soup or a salad.

Extremely rude and dismissive service from two out of the three employees working when we visited (Saturday 6/17 around 7 P.M.). If customers asking for basic items to be made is such a bother that you have to grudgingly mumble gruff responses and roll your eyes as you get paid to interact with people, don’t work in customer service. The other employee who rang up our order and assisted with payment was very pleasant and polite, but the rudeness of the two initially making the food was far too insulting and disappointing for us to be coming back.

They had the bathroom key on a measuring cup…I don’t enjoy touching the door handle when we all know some people don’t wash their hands…much less a fecal covered kitchen utensil.

Stood for 10 minutes at bathroom as my hb ordered. Finally went to ask if bathroom was closed. She said “you need a key” no sign, no note, just wait until you “figure it out” and approach the staff? Bad form.

Subs are generic and lack flavor. Easily one of the worst sub sandwiches I’ve ever had. How is this chain still open?..

Stopped in with a couple vans full of middle schoolers and they were great. Efficient, fast, and friendly. Thanks so much!

I’m conflicted leaving this 3 star review. On the one hand, the taste of the Chicken Mediterranean was bold and the hot peppers really brought the flavors to life, so the quality and taste was well done. The turkey sandwich was also pretty decent. But on the other hand, paying nearly twenty dollars for two “big” sandwiches is a little ridiculous. I mean, this price is without a side or a drink…for just two fast food subs.
