went to the drive through on 7/3/23 around 11:30 am where I ordered a chicken quesadilla, and a beef crispy taco. When I saw my order on the screen I informed the young male who took my order that he rung me up for a crispy chicken taco and that I ordered a crispy taco beef with extra beef and no lettuce. At this time I was told “NO YOU DIDN’T” by a rude female voice she then told me I need to say crunchy taco and not crispy. Also told me she knows how to communicate because of her major in College.

I would give it less than one star if possible. This is the third time I’ve been to this location and got food that the workers wouldn’t even eat themselves. Chulupa shell was hard and stale, and don’t even get me started on the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes. They refuse to cook them fresh, they gave me the hardest potatoes you could possibly imagine. I could’ve thrown one on the ground and it would’ve broke! They know they’re wrong for that. They just don’t care about the quality of food that they serve. Definitely won’t be giving this location another try. They’re just lazy. Too worried about the time on the drive thru vs actually serving decent food. I’ll gladly pull up and get off your timer, I don’t mind waiting for FRESH FOOD! Oh and if you ask them to cook it fresh, they just laugh. Don’t serve what you wouldn’t eat!!! Ridiculous and gross will never ever be back to The Grove Taco Bell.

I actually used to not care for this Taco Bell location. However, it had been awhile since I’ve gotten Taco Bell and I needed lunch and decided to give it a try. I was really surprised at how good it was. My steak quesadilla actually had a sufficient amount of meat, cheese, and chipotle sauce. Oh, and here’s the best part: They cut it properly, too! I also got a beefy five layer burrito and that was good too. They’re pretty solid.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell ever, the night staff is very rude ( especially the lady). I live near this taco bell so i go there often but i will never go there again. I have always had a problem with them. The fryer never seems to be working and the staff don’t seem to have a problem yelling and giving attitude to customers. I really don’t get how they still work there since it seems like im not the only person who has a problem with them. These people need to get fired. I would rather drive an hour to get food than go eat somewhere where im not respected.

Honestly , this place wasn’t pleasing whatsoever. It was almost 11:20 pm TONIGHT that me and my husband ordered some food. We waited for almost a good 35 mins and there was no cars infront of us whatsoever. We ordered 6 items and only received 3 of them. They made up excuses of not making the rest of the food the we didn’t received and REFUSED to give us a refund and one of them threatened to call the cops. Honestly worse experience/service I’ve ever had with this store. Never coming back.

Out Run Zero –
3-16-23 I arrived at 9pm to pickup a mobile order. I was told “the system was down and its gonna take 30 minutes before it comes back online” by the female cashier. So I kindly waited one hour, upon my arrival for THE SECOND TIME! I was notified that fryer was down…??? And that I have to cancel the mobile order and reorder anything not fried..This location started off strong and good with great service, but now currently it’s falling faster every day. Very thankful im not the business owner here, pushing customers away is pushing $$$ away.
