it’s Jimmy John’s! if you’ve never been you should go for sure way better than that subway trash. I actually really like jjs so don’t get the 3 stars twisted it’s a good place to eat and freaky fast. but in the end it’s ” fast food ” but definitely a way healthier option.

I made an order and customer service sucked. Our cashier Mileena was rude. 3 bites into my chicken Caesar wrap, I had a piece of plastic in it, I had brought it up to her and showed it, she said “it doesn’t look like any packaging we have” I just bought it, sat down to dine in and a few bites into it. Didn’t offer anything else just said like it wasn’t her problem. She has a lot of attitude and just rude. I was trying to be polite to let them know to be cautious in the future, and she seemed to not care. Oh and I guess shes also the manager. Not coming here again.

Use to be fast delivery. Not so much any more. Also they brought me the wrong sandwich and when I called to talk to manager they sounded annoyed. Waiting another 20 min wait and the next sandwich was disgusting that was on purpose I feel. I will not be ordering from this one ever again.

Today my boss and I stopped at Jimmy Johns in Post Falls Idaho (store# 3095). Upon walking up to the main entrance a sign was posted “lobby is closed due to staffing”. My boss called this store location to do a delivery by phone. We were sitting out front at the tables provided outside. My boss attempted to placed a delivery to Randal who later identified himself as the general manager. After being told that they wouldn’t do a delivery outside my boss hung up and said Randal was very rude to him on the phone. While my boss was talking to Randal I was watching Randal make “oh so sad crying faces” at my boss while they were conversations. Then Randal gave me the middle finger. I took a photo of Randal through the front window and called the store. Randal answered the phone and I asked his name and the store number. He initially denied my request for the information I requested to which I informed him I had a picture of who he was and would be contacting corporate and the local store owner to find out who he was. At this point Randal identified himself as the general manager and provided the store number followed by “you can call corporate all you want I’ve done way worst to customers and they’ve complained and I never get in trouble”. I replied that I’ll be ensuring this information is not only provided to his manager and corporate but I will never be a supporter of Jimmy Johns again after this horrible experience. To which he replied, “fine with me asshole”. There were (5) staff members in this store location between 5-6pm Friday. No line in drive through and claiming the we’re having staffing issues. Jimmy Johns poor service today is a direct reflection of hiring managers like Randal.

Placed an order for pick up, which was ready, but when I got there I sat in the drive through behind one other person for 8 minutes while our sandwiches sat in the window. I couldn’t understand what was taking so long at 2pm on a Saturday with one customer in the store, but it was apparent when I finally got to the window. 3 out of the 4 staff were standing around watching the playoff football game on their phone. Customer service is horrible! They just stare and you. Had to fix something on the order because I read sign wrong and the two guys look at each other like I’m such an annoyance. My kids who are little even thought they were rude. Ayden was my cashier
