Worst Burger King ever. I went to the drive through and no one spoke through the speaker to help me. I drove up to the window to see if anyone would help me there since the drive through speaker looked old and broken, but no one came to the window to help me out. When I looked through the window I did not see one person inside. I parked and went inside to see if anyone could help me. When I went inside the person who had the headset on, who I assume was working the drive through, was talking on his phone in the dining area. He was not behind the counter at all. I asked him if anyone is working the drive through and he went ahead and made the excuse that the drive through was not working. I then placed a breakfast order before 10 am and he told me I could not place a breakfast order as breakfast ended. I am pretty sure breakfast ends at 10:30am so I asked him what time breakfast ends and he got nervous and said he would go ahead and place the order for me this time but I would have to wait a while. He continued to stay talking on his phone throughout this entire experience. He didn’t seem to care about helping customers or his job. While I waited a while for this simple order, another customer came and waited about five ten minutes to get help from the counter from the employee. He just stayed hidden talking on his phone while this other customer just waited and waited. She called out for help and he popped his head out and told the other customer to wait. He just continued talking on his phone until eventually he ended his call and came to help the customer. It was not 10:30 and she placed a breakfast order and he told her he can’t take any breakfast orders. This other customer was so upset and left angrily. Someone came to the drive through as well and tried placing a breakfast order and he rejected their order. Mind you this all happened before 10:30 am. The restaurant was completely empty and dead and I couldn’t believe they would just turn away customers and business like that. After waiting a good thirty minutes for two sausage egg and cheese croissant, hash browns and two coffees I finally was relieved to be leaving. As I grabbed the coffee, it spilled on my hand because apparently the employee did not close the lid properly and it burned my hand. This was the worst experience ever and I will never be coming back to this Burger King location. These experiences honestly leave me not wanting to eat at any Burger King again. They are expensive and just have bad service. I’ve never had these experiences at McDonald’s or Wendy’s. So upsetting.

I know it’s just a burger king but this place is just horrible . They don’t close until 9pm . I walked in about 8:15 pm and a lady in front of me asked the worker if she could have a lid for her drink , she said no we are closing everything is put away . That’s when I asked ” wait you guys are closed already? ” . She proceeded to make a whole face with a attitude like I asked her to cook me a 5 course meal. She asked what would I like I just said forget it . She was in a bad mood and God knows how she would have cooked a simple burger . You couldn’t give a lady a lid for her soda at 8:15pm ? The place was empty as usual so you still had 45 mins to spare . Then you want to have a whole attitude about taking a order ?

Ordered online, when arrived they didn’t even know that there was an online order. The burgers weren’t cooked well, messed up the ingredients, fries were good though. Place is in bad shape. Worst part was the cashier was going back and forth washing his car in the front and taking orders on his earpiece. Disappointing experience. Will not come here again.

This BK sucks. If I could give a zero, I would. I placed an online order. It went thru, and my card was charged. I went there to pick up the food and the woman said we’re closed. I told her I placed an online order. She was very nasty and said I have no order and slammed the window shut. The problem was that she closed down everything before closing time. I’m going there today to get my money back. I’ll give an update.

Very Very Very Poor management at this location. I placed an order online for breakfast for my kids and when I ask if waters could be substituted for coffee since kids don’t drink coffee and the app doesn’t give another option. I was met with a lot of resistance for a solution. The worker dealing with my order was very disrespect and aggressive. I asked to speak with the manager Damian( he refused to give me his name Sinjapa gave that info) became belligerent as well as if I was the problem especially when I asked for them to lower their voices and give me a solution. His response repeatedly was I’m giving you a solution which was to not sub the waters and instead have me purchase them. I found that to be poor management skills to bridge the gap between customer and manager. I will be following up with the corporate office in regard to this matter as I was disrespected and made to feel like the customer is the problem which is very unprofessional and disheartening when all I wanted was a solution for a substitution. I even offered to pay the difference if the water was more and yet again I was told no. Burger King on Hamburg Turnpike Wayne gets an F Grade and I would not recommend this establishment in the present nor the future.

I drove right past the restaurant twice… missed it completely as there wasn’t a single light turned on outside the location…. That should have been the first indication that this was not a good idea. As noted by other reviewers, the parking lot is very much in need of attention.

They should have a sign that reads “Sorry We’re Open”. Poor service, poor attitude from employees. One employee appeared sick and coughing everywhere. Figured I’d give this place one more chance after living nearby for years. It’s still horrible.

The whole point of a mobile order is to order ahead. It was a Sunday night and I was the only person in the drive thru. I ordered an impossible burger for my husband who doesn’t eat meat outside of the house. 5 minutes of waiting and the guy comes out “we don’t have impossible today. Want chicken? Or a veggie burger with just the veggies” I paid for a double patty impossible burger. I seemed frustrated and told him my husband doesn’t eat meat. So he leaves for another 5 minutes and comes back “so chicken?” I’m like whatever just give me anything. Leaves for another 5 minutes. I wanted to drive off! Never again!
