We were hesitant about going to Churcus since the name change. We decided to go anyway & I am glad we did. The best customer service we received at any restaurant in New Orleans. The cashier was great, he ensured our order was accurate. The chicken was fresh, hot & delicious. The crew was awesome. I would recommend this Church’s Chicken & if you go try the ICEE.

Person taking order in the drive through kept having to ask to repeat order because she said she was doing something else. We ordered 2 spicy chicken tenders meals, one 3 piece and one 5 piece, when we got home with our order we had 2 regular 3 pieces that tasted like it was a day old. The biscuits were hard and stale. I would suggest eating elsewhere. This is not the quality I’ve come to expect from Churches Chicken.

Had to wait 30 mins in line just for them to short me 4 pieces of chicken and a large Mac and cheese. Every body at that location should be fired. They are all rude and suck at there job. Now they won’t answere the phone for us to try and get it fixed. And we don’t want to wait another 30 mins so all our food will get colder. These people don’t deserve $5 an hour much less 15.

Just left without being acknowledged. It’s 8:02 pm. There’s a sign at the drive thru speaker stating that the store closes for 8:30pm. Meanwhile, they’re supposed to close at 10pm. The same sign has been there all week. Anyway, we sit at the speaker for 10 minutes, no one says a word. We say hello. Silence. We get out of the drive thru line and decide to go inside. Nope. There’s at least 7 cars parked waiting on food to be brought out to them. One of the waiting customers yells to us that we have to order the food from the drive thru, the guy says they’re not going to take your order from the counter. Why not at least acknowledge the drive thru line and inform the customer that you’ll be with them in a few. We left and patronized the chicken place next door. Customer service is at an all time low and prices are at an all time high.

I paid 13.00 for my meal, when I opened the box the chicken and fries was cold and dry. I asked Karen to please replace my food with Fresh Food. She Created a Very Hostile Environment and Called the Police and she told them she never wanted me back in the store. I am Heart ♥ Broken. This woman is Poison. She should not be in management. She the have the capacity implement Good Customer service. 0 ⭐

Super rude staff. Arrived around 7 and got told “drive through only” by a staff member smoking a cigarette out front. No customer service what so ever. No “hi” or anything, just drive through only. I work in the service industry and if I acted like this I would no longer have a job. Do better.

The service was decent, but the 15 tenders we ordered were hard as a rock. I thought with the recent rebranding that some focus would be put on quality of food. That doesn’t seem to be the case. This place is also in somewhat of a questionable area which is why I gave a low score on atmosphere. It’s about the same price as Popeyes so I’ll just battle the line and stick with them from now on.
