Some friends and I ate at this restaurant and received terrible service. From the time we were seated it took our server 20 minutes to take our drink orders. The male server would constantly disappear and wasn’t even the one to take our orders. We had to ask the hostess to get us water and had to ask her to take our food order. We got there around 620pm and didn’t leave to 9pm. Also we decided to just take our dinner to go by the time it came out because it was already so late. The food is fine for Georgia standards. Bottom line is go and be prepared to wait 2 1/2hrs.

Always awesome. Our waiter was great. He was funny and did a great job with our party (most of the people with us had never eaten at a restaurant like this before), he was great to my daughter (it was her 16th birthday). The food was fabulous, as always. Just a great time, with great people and great food.

Server was fairly incompetent. He brought incorrect dishes out and rang us for foods we didn’t even order. We did have a party of 8 so he may not have been familiar with “big” parties. If that is the case put your most competent server on the party and let the ones who are not as good do the small tables.

I walk in to Nazzaro’s at 7pm MONDAY night and the restaurant was not even half full. I wanted to place a takeout order and I was told no we can’t do it. I even said “you guys are only half full, why cannot I place a to go order. I am trying to pay you MONEY and you are turning me away.” TWO other people walked in to place a to go order and both were turned away as well. They turned away my $190 order and I can’t imagine how much the other to go orders were going to be. How does a restaurant turn away this much money on a MONDAY night. Just terrible. I will NEVER even consider ordering from here or attempt to order from here and so they can thank me for this announcement…….. “They DO NOT take to go orders on Monday nights or any nights no matter how busy it is”. I wonder how the owner would feel knowing the hostess turned away several hundred dollars in orders. SMH ♂️ What a terrible experience for someone trying to patronize them. Order from the other Italian restaurants on the island. I’m sure they will gladly take your hard earned money whenever you want to order. BEWARE!

We came out for a late dinner tonight. The restaurant was nowhere near full however even thought there were only 5-6 tables, there was only one waitress doing it all. And she did a fantastic job. The food was great as usual and it was obvious she was under a lot of pressure but she made it all happen. The owner of the restaurant needs to get into his business and help out. The place desperately needs a facelift and the employees need help.

Stopped by for a last-minute dinner, and are so glad we did! The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauces are delicious. Our waiter recommended the Caesar salad and the pasta Bolognese. So glad I took his advice! I highly recommend this restaurant.

We had a humiliating experience at Nazzaros last night. Our server, Robin, was extremely inattentive. We had a reservation and it took us an hour to get our waters. Another guest at our table asked for a club soda and she shoved her finger in the guests face and yelled JUST A MINITE. She complained about having to refill our waters, took two hours to bring us bar drinks. We finally got our salads and they were incorrect. She said she has to make them herself but then said the kitchen messed them up. Our food finally came out. My second espresso martini had old lipstick on the cup (I was not wearing lipstick), and Robin was very upset she had to get me a new cup – all I asked for was a new glass, not even a new drink. The entire experience was terrible. She was very attentive to all of the tables around us, except for us. We were a group of 7 ladies for a birthday, aged from 25-35 years old. We have all waited tables plenty of times before and we were extremely disappointed with her behavior. She brought our checks and had hand written in a 20% tip on the merchant copy. The merchant copy had a tip written by her that said $10.50. When I asked if this was a gratuity she yelled at me “Allie if you don’t like the tip I wrote then just scratch it out.” All I asked was if it was a gratuity. I asked her why she hand wrote her tip on the merchant copy and she screamed JUST SIGN THE CUSTOMER COPY. I told her this was fraud. The manager said it was out of her hands and to make the owner aware. I am very, very disappointed and will never return to Nazzaros as long as Robin is employed there. She humiliated me in front of all of the other guests in the facility.

Very hard to find at night. Tried to call for takeout order two hours before closing and they refused to do one saying they were done with takeout for night. Dine in only. We drove down there and an employee was outside. We asked if they were open and employee said I don’t see why we wouldn’t be? She went in and came back out and said they were closing. At this point it was still over one hour before their normal closing time. I don’t think they were that short handed or the employee wouldn’t have said ” I don’t see why we wouldn’t be open”.
