I’ve tried to be optimistic about leaving a review since my previous experiences at this particular location have been hit or miss depending on the employees working. Today was another negative experience. I don’t understand how this particular subway is always out of items. Seems like a very weak manager that would let their business run out of items. I eat equally as much with the subway location on wanye memorial and have never had an issue with them saying they didn’t have something in stock at the time of me ordering. Maybe the owner of this store should inquire into what the heck is going on. As far as the employees there, I reconise one that is there consistently, and she is absolutely the worst representative that a subway restaurant could have. She has no people skills, and has no since of a customer spending their money in that establishment. Subway should really take a look at whether they want this type of store emplyee representing their brand. Go to the store on Wayne Memorial.

Went today for lunch. Two employees. Took 15 minutes to get sandwhich. Old woman at cash register with black hair was rude. Complaining about it being busy. I dont come to Subway tohear people complain. Just wanted a sandwich. The floor and windows in this place is dirty. Trashcan was over flowing. Horrible representation for Subway. My advice for the older lady who ran register. Smile or least try too. You seem bitter with life and it shows. If your miserable working there leave.

First time here and will be the last time i cant stand people that dont take they job serious you outside talking to someone at the car and the other lady counting money and didnt greet me nor offer to take my order and it was empty. 7mins atfer waiting for my order to get taking i had to repect it three my order three times needs better staff or shut this store down not recommending this store

One of the employees, an older woman, seems like she always has an attitude problem. She also doesn’t change gloves after operating the register. When asked to change gloves she has the other employee on duty make your sandwich while she goes to make someone else’s, still wearing the same dirty gloves. As long as she isn’t there it’s about as good as any other subway.

My husband went to this subway on his lunch break to get us lunch! He handed the lady with the goatee a paper with how I wanted my sub made…. needless to say the sub was made INCORRECTLY. On the wrong type of bread and veggies were ALL WRONG. I took the sub, paper and receipt all back to them, sub untouched! And politely told them the issues. They were QUICK to inform me “we do not remake subs and do what we’re told”… well apparently they can’t read. They’re always beyond RUDE and their customer service stinks!!!!! Along with their attitudes! I will never go to this one again!!!!!

Extremely long wait to place my order. Only one type of bread available. They were out of cheese, tomatoes, etc. They only had 2 people working- trying to make subs, ring people out and answer the phone. I fault the manager for allowing this to happen. I was also charged for an extra sub.I did not notice thus until I was home. We will not be going back.

Please close this store. Every time I visit the store, there are different employees. No one stays past a month or two. There is one little fellow who has no idea what he’s doing. He tries his best to stay in the back until one of the other employees call him out front to help. But anyway…..Today was my most horrible experience. I purchased two salads and two subs. My husband and I are eating the salads and he crunches down on something. Well, it was a piece of glass. Yes, glass. See the picture below. I will be calling the corporate office tomorrow. I should have seen this coming. This store should have been closed down a long time ago. The service is poor and if you don’t go inside to watch them make your food; you don’t know what you’ll get. I had to rate with a star before I could post this but I would NOT give it 1-star.

We were at this location the first time today. To make it short… DISGUSTING! It was very slow and pretty much empty. The entire floor and tables through out the store were dirty. The trash can next to the drink station was dirty as hell. Leave alone how dirty it was behind the counter and the employees that were nowhere to be found and only came after I called them the fourth time! When I asked to speak to the manager I was handed a dirty phone and spoke to a lady that was so unfriendly and „solved“ my concerns by telling me she could see everything that’s happening in the store through the video surveillance on her phone. I can definitely not recommend this location to anyone. Sadly customer service and cleanliness are not something the store employees or manager care about…
