The manager here is unprofessional and frankly just stupid. I asked for the $3.50 6 piece nuggets bundle, and was charged $3.49+ tax so I questioned the employee at pickup window since I didn’t receive my fries. She didn’t understand what I was saying so she went to get her manager, whom I then asked if I could have my fries, since I paid $3.50 (bundle price) and my receipt even said 6 piece nuggets. She argued with me that I paid only for the nuggets, and said the bundle is more than $3.50 because of tax. I asked again, how it is that I was charged for the bundle and paid that price, since the signs and all menus I can find say it is $3.50 for nuggets and a small fry. Eventually this lady just said I can’t have the fries because it’s not stated on the receipt, even though I asked for the bundle so that would technically be their employees mistake. Also I didn’t even receive any sauces that I had asked for AND WERE ON MY RECEIPT, and my other items were made wrong. I asked for no pickles due to an ALLERGY and they left them on. Overall just disgusting and disappointed in the experience.

This location is regularly slow and sloppy. I have had to leave the drive through line more than once AFTER ordering due to the order time. Today I had to leave my lunch order half-made on the counter to make it to an appointment, and I had ordered 15 minutes ahead on the app. I have lived in The Woodlands for 15 years, and they have consistently been this bad.

Felt sorry for the young man taking orders at the drive through. He obviously couldn’t under my English and I couldn’t understand his heavily accented English. Shame on MacDonald’s for putting him in that position. Finally a manager came to his rescue. It had been a year since I’d been there because that is a recurring situation. I won’t go back. The young man is trying to make a living and his manager should have done a better job of placing him in a position where he could be and feel successful.

I had to bring my mom’s sandwich back up 3 times before they got it right. And the third time, I had to stand there while they made it. And with that, they almost made they same mistake again. It is unbelievable that a McDonald’s restaurant can’t get an order to hold the tarter sauce on a fish sandwich right after 3 times. And all we got in a way of apology was have a nice day. After this experience, I don’t think so. We won’t be back.

I have visited the Woodlands location on several occasions, with my 96-year-old dad. The entire staff is efficient and friendly and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. The restaurant is kept extremely clean.

Just one car in front in drive through – no one ordering inside – not sure why it took 20 minutes to get a happy meal and get through drive through. Longest wait time I’ve ever encountered at any McDonald’s yet.

The only reason this McDonald’s seems to do well is because of it’s location. The staff is poorly managed and can’t handle more than 3 orders at a time, before every goes to hell with wait time.
