This location is not the best. They have improved but they still could use some improvement. Service is good but usually takes a long time to get order out. Also they’re prices are slightly higher than the hwy 45 location for some reason. Also you may see employees out front or out back smoking or in their phones while your waiting forever on your order to be delivered which doesn’t make sense to me.

Who wants to hear can you give us 5-10 min to “catch up on things inside” when they first hit the button? No one does! Sonic was no where near full. I can understand being busy I can’t understand not caring I won’t be back. Oh not to mention I got a raw chicken sandwich the time before.

I ordered via the app as I assumed that would cut down the wait. I checked in upon arrival, the screen showed in the kitchen as the status. After about five minutes the status disappeared. I assumed it meant they are on the way. Waiting an additional ten minutes my order is delivered. I handed the bags to my children and drove off(my mistake). Unfortunately the only thing that had some heat to it was one hamburger. My Bacon Toaster wasn’t even toasted. I had visited this location the day prior and had the same issue with the onscreen order status. They eventually had to look the order up and get it recooked. I assumed this was a misunderstanding but now I see this is just their normal poor operating standards.

This sonic is either terribly understaffed or the management is incompetent. I go to the one on hwy 45 all the time and have no problems. This sonic on the other hand? Always something wrong. The orders have been incorrect, the wait time is INSANE and having to push the red button multiple times in order to be served is ridiculous. Y’all either need to shut this place down, or find some better management. Also, taking 45 minutes to be served just a drink? Unacceptable when there are only a couple of other people in the lot. Will not be going there again unless absolutely unavoidable.

I went to Sonic just to get a Strawberry Sunday at 10:20 pm. I get there, push the button and waited.,and waited, and waited. All the while the young lady goes in and out to serve others… I continue to push the button, with no response. I finally ask the young lady, was the speaker not working? She turned to me and said, (” We are no longer serving.”)That was at 10:40 pm!!! It would have been great, if the person on the inside had told me over the speaker that they were closing…

This Sonics tried to charge me over five dollars for a junior burger with ketchup only. I told the person that brought it to me “are you serious” she tried to charge me over five dollars. I told her she can take it back. A few months later I stopped by and the charge was the correct amount.

This restaurant deserves a 0. I called and spoke with Brian about the sweet teay husband bought because it tasted ruined and the owner Brian did everything but straight out call me a liar. Said he wanted to taste the tea. Told me there was no way his tea was ruined. Then wanted to know how he could make it better.
