This Dunkin location is poorly managed. It has been for a very long time. Consistently long wait times, poor customer service and incorrect orders upon receiving. Corporate really needs to step in an do something with this location.

Worst Dunkin’ I have EVER been too. Service is awful and they have ZERO idea what customer service is. Not only did we wait 20 minutes for our coffee (two simple iced coffees) and an order of munchkins, but when I finally got my coffee it was wrong. I went to the counter and the girl said “what’s wrong now?!” With a disgusting attitude and tone, when I said “my order is wrong, this is supposed to have cream” she snapped back. I then said “this store is completely disorganized” she said “well we’re busy” I said “five people have ordered and left and I don’t even have my coffee yet” she then rudely told me that if I wanted to have an attitude I was going to get one back, I said ok. She then said if you’re going to have an attitude you can go sit down. She then proceeded to sarcastically tell me to “have a great day” I responded back across the restaurant “yea you too”. Teach these employees what customer service is! Jesus Christ. A customer is upset because they’ve watched people walk in and out and don’t have their coffee yet, and instead of simply apologizing, they attempt to start a fight! I then called and asked for the district managers contact information and was told no. They wouldn’t give the franchise owners contact information either.

I love this place!! I take my Great Danes ( Gary, Mooncake, and Daphne) with me through the drive thru and the Employees are always so kind. The employees love seeing the dogs and my dogs love seeing the people. If there is a day that my dogs are not with me they always ask how they are. Wonderful people, great coffee and snacks. They all deserve a raise! Thank you Dunkin for hiring great people.

Horrible management. Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. Management likes to create rules out of thin air to punish one worker but not hold any of the other workers accountable. Have personally heard about the store manager refusing to give tips out to workers when received, specifically a story that happened on or around Easter where a customer tipped $40 for everyone working and the only way she allowed this was if it was divided to where she got the majority. This stores manager has been demoted twice yet she still runs this store since “she worked her way back up” and “they literally couldnt find anyone else”. Issues about the store manager brought up to the district manager get swept under the rug and excused as much as possible- if you’re not buddy-buddy with them expect drastically cut hours and shady business practices to atrempt to get you to quit. The reviews say it all. I feel sorry for anyone that works or shops here. It’s a joke.

The wife ordered the glazed donut holes and a black coffee. She said the donut holes were a little dry. I had the breakfast tacos with bacon and they were pretty good. They were fresh and hot with a little spice. I washed them down with a chocolate milk… yummy.

God awful service. I don’t know who worked the drive through window the morning of 3/27/23, brunette with highlights. But that was the rudest most horrendous way to talk to anybody because you had to do your job and scan my phone. I chose to leave without my sandwich this because I’d rather not eat from someone with that poor of an attitude. Do better.

Stale donut. Hot chocolate was so hot, had to wait 10 minutes before I could even start drinking it. $5.38 for one stale donut and hot chocolate too hot to drink. If you can’t go to DD for a good donut, what are things coming to. Same donut at Casey’s much fresher and softer. Come in DD owner, step up your game.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts in Central IL. They mess up almost every order and they are incredibly slow. Make sure you check your food before taking a bite because about 50% of the time it isn’t cooked.
