Very Poor service. They are more attentive to the drive thru then walk-ins. Staff were too busy at the drive thru and told me to use the Kiosk when I walked in, had issues with it and when I asked for assistance no one bother to come out and guide me through it. Then a couple walked in and they immediately went to the register to assist. I’m Hispanic and the couple were white. Either they are too busy and unorganized or they are biased on who they prioritize to attend. Then on top of that some how management allows a stand of sale items that had inappropriate messages. That’s not the place for people who come in with kids. Won’t be returning. I love Dunkin but not in this location. I’ll go back to the nearby Starbucks

The food and coffee were fine, they were out of carmel so I just got coffee. The front door desperately needs to be cleaned. The staff need lessons on how to treat customers respectfully. A lady behind us asked they server for a coffee, and the server told her they were out and to use her eyes to read the sign. There are so many signs that I still don’t know which sign the server was talking about. I will not be back.

The poor staff that are trying but management must be awful. The kiosk system is terrible. One kiosk, never updated with the correct options. Then there’s no-one able to provide customer service when something’s wrong with the kiosk. The doughnuts are always melted or poorly maintained on the racks. Milk that was out of date in the cooler.

Stopped here after an 18-hour drive from NY. The service was quick and the staff was so friendly. We had an XL coffee with cream, and it was perfect for the home stretch to home sweet home.

I would give no stars if I could. Rude short staff only attend drive up. 25 mins to use kiosk 30 more minutes still no Oder filled. Rudd drive up girl said drive up is the priority not the people walking in and self serving and not getting there order. Not to mention the place was sticky and dirty, the staff rude and inattentive (except one girl who was apologetic for the time and the wrong orders ahead of us. We left after an hour with nothing in hand.

Whoever worked 3/17 between 3pm-4pm were extremely rude and inattentive to a lady that needed help with the ordering screen. Also saying “F him” to a dissatisfied customer and there was a Starbucks across the street if they wanted to complain. So, I am taking my business to across the street where Starbucks kindly and happily serves their customers.

Never even got to score the food. Waited ten minutes with no one else in line, eight employees and NO ONE even looked up to take order or say anything. Ridiculous!! Go to Starbucks next door. At least they have a standard.

Store is supposed to close at 8pm I placed an online order at 7pm. My online order was cancelled and when I called to see why it was canceled the lady I spoke with was extremely rude she answered by saying we’re closed when I said I thought you guys closed at 8 she then hung up on me. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin to anyone. They never have anything in stock the staff is rude and they are all lazy.
