Ordered from Door Dash and the order was poorly made upon delivery…took pictures and went back and the hassle that I went through to prove myself in order to just get a new order was a bit ridiculous. There was a like half an avocado in my guacamole, and the chips were not a large….beyond that the bowl was also not full of ingredients. They should have been glad to give me a new order imo!

Im going to keep it real; this Chipotle is better than most Chipotle’s. They give much better serving sizes than most Chipotles and their service speed is also pretty fast. It might have just been because I was there when it wasn’t too busy, but man it took them like less than two minutes to make and pay for my order. A few of the workers that have given me food have been friendly and social with me, which makes for a great Chipotle experience.

Depends on the day and the employee you get to serve you. The last one I got was a female with an attitude, probably because the previous customer she had who was rude to her for not listening to what she was ordering or how she wanted her order done. I asked for chicken and got steak, she got an attitude when she had to throw it out because it wasn’t what I asked for.

Consistently awful experience here, it’s almost laughable. My order last week was missing the veggies on a veggie (fajita) bowl, so I was given a complimentary entree. Pictured is my free veggie bowl: notice anything missing? I feel like they must be doing this as a joke.

I got exactly what I ordered. The only issue that I would state is that if you go at least during lunch ( that’s the time I went) you will still have to wait quite some time after the estimated time is should be prepared. So if you go during lunchtime just order ahead of time online so you won’t have to wait so much.

Ordered a steak salad bowl with tortilla on the side. Barely enough lettuce to get by as Toppings and 3 bites worth of steak. Let alone it was small compared to when you order in person for a burrito. $20 is not worth the delivery.

Just completed a door dash delivery at 1:33pm today. The young man was ignoring the online orders as well as his co-worker as she continued to explain to them I have been waiting for the online orders for a while, he rung up the last few customers and went to the back of the kitchen. I will be connecting with corporate for further support! Unprofessional to have your delivery drivers waiting for 30 minutes while you assist everyone else!

I ordered 2 burrito bowls and 2 Mexican cokes, paid over $50 with delivery charges and this is what shows up at my door. I received 1 quesadilla with some similar ingredients (and sauce spilling off the side) and 1 Mexican coke, looked at the information and it wasn’t even my order.
