Today 7/15/2023 between 7:30-8pm went to place my order they had no spicy chicken sandwich, no Mac and cheese 10 mins for biscuits. I asked them then what do you have??? Everything I kept asking for the had none of. They kept substituting our food for something else. Then after receiving our food me and my daughter checking making sure everything was in the bag. Manager comes to the window and rudely says you got your food you need to move forward. I said ok one minute I’m checking making sure I got everything. She said you’re holding my line up you need to move. I said ok we will after we check out food. You don’t have anything in the store to give people anyway. Manager said I’m calling the cops. I said ok go ahead I’m bought $75 dollars worth of food and all the substitutes you did I need to make sure that get my food. Very rude people no patience not I ordered I got. A 16 piece meal I got only 3 biscuits. Ridiculous! Never again!

My wife and I put KFC on a list of restaurants we don’t go to a while back. About a week ago, I wanted a snack and convinced her to let me try KFC again. They had sent me a promotional email with a coupon, so I downloaded the app and made the order. I went inside the store to pick up the order. A lady with an attitude said that they did not have what I ordered and that they were “not authorized” to make substitutions and that I would have to call the customer service line to get my money back, and then she just walked away. I got into the car and called customer service. The lady who answered was nice and took all of the information, but then told us that we would have to talk to the “refund department”. I thought that was what I was doing. She gave me a “case number,” and then transferred me to someone else who did eventually refund the order, but not before leaving me on hold for 24 minutes!

Terrible! On several occasions, I have tried to get food from this location and they have told me they are out of chicken. Huh? Really? The last time it happened, I ordered through the KFC app, THEIR APP, and drove all the way there and the employee, who had zero customer service skills, said they couldn’t make my order. I asked if she refunded me and she said I had to go on the app and request a refund. WHY?? It was their app? No other restaurant app makes you do that! They also don’t make you drive all the way there before canceling your order because they ran ou of the one item they are named for. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I typically go to this KFC on Saturdays in the early afternoon, and each time I’ve gone, my fried chicken has always been hot and fresh. I ordered a 16pc 4 sides, my fries were hot and fresh, my chicken Littles were hot and fresh. I was pleased with my order overall! One of my favorite locations!

Really hard to give a proper rating. Ordered online and went for pick up. Lady said my order wasn’t there. Looked on another screen and my name did appear there. She just kept saying “I don’t know” giving me an attitude that it won’t be made. Just when i was about to dispute it, a guy came (i think he is the manager) whispered some instructions to the lady and politely told me that something went wrong and they are going to make it. The guy deserves the 5 stars himself but the lady…. A solid 1 at best

Got there at 9:50 and was told at the drive through that I could only order sides except for fries ….. so your telling me that I can order either coleslaw macaroni cheese or mashed potatoes ?? Then when I said this the lady laughed and told me to have a wonderful night… what kind of place are they running there they let the workers just stop making food because it’s getting close to closing . It doesn’t say this place closes at 9:50 except for sides oh but no fries either !!! What a joke
