Just picked up our order. Food was mid. Haven’t been here in a while, decided to give it another try and it’s not any better. If not worse. What bothered me most was the Queso Blanco cheese sauce that I got for my chips, I paid $5 for the large one. DO NOT ORDER THIS. It looked old and curdled. It smelled off. Had to trash it. Food was mid all together. Queso blanco was terrible.

That’s the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too. Plenty of employees but I’ve never seen such an idgaf attitude. All tables trashed. The soda station out of all utensils. Napkin dispensers empty. The entire station trashed. Food cold. Employees disinterested in taking care of customers in line. Crazy. Never seen a chipotle like this

Ah, the legendary Lucy, renowned for her exceptional customer service skills, particularly when it comes to our dear married gentlemen. It’s truly awe-inspiring, isn’t it? Oh, how I yearn for the privilege of possessing her contact information, just so I could have the immense pleasure of personally expressing my heartfelt gratitude for her extraordinary contributions to the community. The way she goes above and beyond to cater to the needs of those in matrimony is simply remarkable. Such dedication and commitment deserve nothing less than a standing ovation. Bravo, Lucy! Bravo!

Extremely disappointed. I ordered through the app tonight and my order was completely messed up. I ordered one chicken and one steak burrito and got two chicken. Both had rice when I only asked for one with rice, and there was no cheese in them. The size difference between the two were laughable. One burrito was the size of a football while the other one was no bigger than my phone. I will no longer be ordering through the app. This is not the first time my order has been messed up here. I guess in order to get what you want, you have to stand in a long line and watch the employees make your food…When you order in store, the food is great, but I wouldn’t recommend the app.

Food: Good when it’s fresh. Half the time it isn’t though and they barely have all the ingredients.

Have been here 3 times now. The first time my in-app order was over an hour late while the line somehow moved smoothly. The second time they confused me and another persons order so I had to wait over 30 mins for a new order. The third time I decided to wait until I got the app notification my food was ready, however when I arrived I still had to wait another 20 minutes. What is the point of in-app ordering and scheduling orders when they take longer than just walking in?

Out of all the chipotle’s in SWFL, this is my favorite one, because the line always moves fast and I’m always able to get in and out. Unfortunately last time I was there, they were out of straws, and there were a few other times they were out of something in the past. Other than that, the food was great, and the employees are always friendly.

This has to be hands down the worst Chipotle- there’s a line out the door at 8:43pm and the 6 employees are moving slower than molasses. Every inch of this place is dirty, garbage everywhere, tables dirty, drink counter dirty, most definitely not going into the bathroom. No sense of urgency to move the line. If the employees moved like they should, had some pride in their work ethic, this place would be different. Just avoid this location.

When it comes to Chipotle, I’ve had my fair share of experiences, both good and bad. So, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Chipotle Mexican Grill in the Colonial Square Shopping Center in Fort Myers offers a higher quality of food compared to other franchises in the chain.

I love this restaurant for the food, and I’ll obviously keep coming back, however, I felt extremely embarrassed for the staff that just made my food. As I walked in there was a six-year-old, barefoot, standing on top of their bench chairs, screaming at her mother, who was in the kitchen working. The poor young girl who just made my bowl was literally being harassed by this little girl screaming, “hey you in the hat, hey you in the earrings, what’s your name, tell me your name,” LOUDLY over and over again for about 10 min. The mom who works there clearly did not care. I don’t know where the manager was but whoever it was had to have heard and simply did nothing, for it was loud enough that all the staff members were clearly uncomfortable looking at eachother and didn’t know what to do. I myself even apologized to the girl making my bowl because I felt so bad. I admire how that staff can handle their crowds and constant online orders and I understand that it gets extremely busy and can’t get to everything, but that was completely unacceptable, and a manager should’ve said something.
