Waited 20 minutes for a Doordash only for one thing of breadsticks and a sauce , had 4 other people waiting as well. Tim Hortons was brought in and the employees were more focused on sipping their drinks and eating rather than making our food. Worst doordash wait i’ve had.

Awful. Ordered a HOT AND READY pizza. Was not hot for one. For two, it tastes like it was either made this morning or yesterday and I ordered it at 8:30pm. It is not fresh. I can’t even eat my dinner that I paid for with the last 6 bucks to my name. Just awful. They need shut down or new management. This is sad. I’ve never had pizza this bad. And it’s literally pizza. They need to do better

Oh where do I begin. We ordered a stuffed pretzel pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. We got home and the first thing we noticed was the box insert was not put in the pizza box then it wasn’t even cut. So we cut it ourselves and called and they hung up on us. Then we noticed that we ordered stuffed crust and it had no cheese in the crust. That was $3 we paid extra to make sure we had a stuffed crust pizza. So we tried calling again and this time even no answer. We went up there to tell them that we ordered stuffed crust. Very rude employes that thought it would all be fixed with a free 2 liter of pop really? First of all when I went in after the first pizza that I ordered online, it was supposed to be done and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. We had to go back up to the Little Caesars to wait another 25 minutes on the right pizza to be made. I don’t know what happened with the concept of customer service at fast food restaurants anymore. But I am finding more and more that it is not a priority. Well at this Little Caesars it isn’t even a concept.

Shay and the staff always take great care of me. I get fresh, hot pizza and breadsticks every time I order. They are understaffed like every other place but they make my experience great by being friendly and even addressing me by name. I know I thank you all every time I come in but thank you for your awesome service and treating me so kindly.

My favorite cheap pizza by far. Better than some other places that cost more. If you haven’t done the extra most bestest, it’s the only way to eat their pizza. A little more for to get the perfect portion of cheese and toppings. I personally like to use the pizza portal in pre-order.

This is my 4th poor experience with the Xenia, Ohio Little Caesar’s. I used the app, got a pizza ready time for 6:33 pm. My wife stopped to get the pizza shortly after 6:15. Short story, she actually got the pizza at nearly 7:00pm with no explanation and a bad attitude from the manager! That place has gone to the dogs in the last several months. DO NOT USED THIS STORE!

This 5-star review is mostly for your night manager who identified herself as Shae (sorry if spelled wrong!) I visited in a hurry and was trying to get in and out fast, so happened their CC machines were experiencing some issues and I had no cash on me at all. She then did what she didn’t have to do which was said “this one’s on me as we should pay kind gestures forward ” I agreed wholeheartedly and promised that I would! This is only the review where I wanted her kind action noticed and recognized..the paying it forward part will absolutely come the 1st time I see it is needed, which I feel in our world today will be very soon. I hope that leadership at Little Caesars reviews these regularly as I want them to know the kind of grade A+ manager they have at their Xenia store. We need many many more people like her in our society, and it may seem funny to some to make a big deal out of a gesture like this…but that’s the thing. It is the true intent behind the action and not the material gesture that makes something exceptional. So thank you Shae for your kindness and understanding! And way to go Little Caesars for employing awesome people!

Placed an online order, its 20 minutes past my estimated pickup time and I’m still waiting on my order. Manager on duty has an awful attitude. Appear be short staffed but that is not the issue here, poor leadership is. Will not be back.
