Ladies up front lied and said bathroom was out of order. It was not. One of the other girls even said she had just used it. There are four females on staff at this moment and at least four males in the back kitchen. Once, I said to one of the other ladies that not having a working bathroom for staff was an OHSA violation they came back 5min later and said you can use the bathroom now.

Tons of food for the price, and pretty standard Italian fair with some American food mixed in (burgers and chicken tenders). Lots of space for large families like mine, which was nice, but the decor is dated. Despite being short staffed, service was adequate, and the use of technology really streamlined the checkout process, and it does look like they’re actively upkeeping the place. A little less clean than I’d have liked, but by all means was a sanitary experience. Most of my kids liked the food, which is saying something, cause I have some picky eaters–really appreciated the plain noodles option, despite it being a bit pricey!

Service was amazing. The lady at the cash register was super nice but the Turkey sub was horrible. They used to be really good but they changed the meat on it and now it’s not any good at all and super dry.

Not sure how this place has passed any health department inspections. This place could be a gold mine with very little effort . Bathroom was extremely filthy!! Most surfaces were screaming bacteria to the naked eye. I am all about helping small businesses out but they also need to do their part with some elbow grease to clean the place up. Tables, chairs and counters all needed to be cleaned and floors were a mess. In the end I went to pay our bill and was told it came to $87.00…. not even close to the correct amount so please pay attention to your bill. Maybe that is how they make ends meet. Waitress was nice if that matters.

Tony’s has great food, especially the lagasana and chicken alfredo pasta, and the staff is alright too. The prices are fair as they give you a good amount of food. You definitely will leave full. My only concern is that they could update/clean it up a bit. The bench seating is completely ripped up and has no padding and to be honest, I think it wouldn’t hurt if they did some spring cleaning. (fans, windowsills and blinds to start) But all in all, we always have a great supper when we go. Oh and one more thing … I won’t pay .50 cents for water as noted on the menu!

Recently moved to the area, wanted to try it out. Placed online order, gave a 5 dollar tip and received email confirmation. Drove to restaurant to pickup order and was told I hadn’t placed an order with them that it must have been another Tony’s Restaurant. Girl said it happens all the time. I asked where another Tony’s was? She said she had no idea. I drove back home to check my email as I didn’t bring order information with me. When I got home I found that was where I ordered and called them and was told sorry the order was there all along. I drove back to pickup my order. By the time I got back home again to eat it was almost an hour after scheduled pickup. My French fries were ice cold and my sub sandwich was a soggy mess. My dogs ate the fries and half my sub went into the trash. Waste of money. I would’ve remade the order had I worked there.
