I just ordered breakfast at 7:15 am! The line moved pretty quickly and i was met with decent customer service. I ordered a number 2 with a large sweet tea and 2 sausage burritos. The burritos were not edible, they were sticking to the paper and ripped open as I unwrapped them. clear signs that they had been sitting wrapped for some time. The number 2 combo, sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin, the egg was rubbery and my hash brown was not fresh at all. The tea was good, can’t really mess that up unless it’s not sweet enough. I don’t like using the app but in order to save your pocketbook, everyone is being forced too. I went 2 days in a row. Ate the same thing. First night, fries were not fresh “fresh” and the big Macs were dry. Second night, fries were better but big Macs were still dry. Why have a double decker sandwich where the bun is NOT fresh and that bun is bigger than the meat??? . I had the runs for 3 days. Glad the franchise is still around but I’m not sure if I can eat fast food from here again. 2.5 stars??? 2.

Consistently the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. More expensive than any in the area, half hour wait after getting stuck with cars in front and behind is rather common. I don’t know why I even bother thinking that a few months between visits that it’ll be any better.

The price for large fries is too expensive. I really don’t complain about a lot. When you ask for large fries, they only want to give you just enough. When talking to the manager about the service, are the quality food, the manager act like she doesn’t want to fix or correct the problem. Instead of putting good customer service to me as a customer, she told me I have to pay for another large fries. I said no, I paid large fries, and that what I want. The manager is making a joke about and laughing about the situation. Very bad manager skills. I didn’t get her name. The McDonald’s on West Mitchell Ave. The manager needs to correct her people service skills dealing with the public. I work for McDonald’s, so I understand. The cashier was good and a great smile and acknowledged. The food was hot.

This franchise closes at random times not reflected anywhere and yet we were still charged for a not-completed order through the app. The worker kept insisting that there was no way we could have been charged even after showing proof. If the kitchen is closed, at least give us a refund instead of hanging out at the drive thru with your friend standing outside the window.

Walking in, it was the typical “nice” new front. We ordered on a kiosk, paid, and sat to wait for our food, which I had noted was for dine-in. A girl brought over 5 drinks on a drink carrier, reached over the back of the booth, and dumped a hot coffee on my daughter. I could probably have forgiven her, accidents happen, but NOBODY was apologetic. We then took our food to go, only to realize that it was cold, they forgot ketchup, and my husband’s drink was disgusting (out of syrup or maybe a diet drink?). Would NOT recommend

Says they are open 24 hours several people lined up at the drive-thru this morning at 5:30 a.m. and we were all ignored although there were several workers in the restaurant. So either you’re open 24 hours or you’re not the employees of the restaurant could have at least let the customers know that they were not taking orders for some reason. Very disappointed
