Great food. We don’t often order our food online and pick up like most. We like to be in front of the menu and pick our stuff. We like to talk with the staff while our food is being selected. There have been a few times the item I wanted looked dry. They were always happy to cook up a new batch. With that being said, we have had no issues. Great food and great staff.

Went to pick up dinner for family, got two bowls and a 2 item plate. Drove home and when I checked my plate, they forgot to put my 2nd item, and I wasn’t in the mood to drive back, rest of the food was dry and since this is the first time they screwed up, I didn’t want to waste my time with it. They next time I go back they better give me my item without charge, I will update when it happens. See pictures for proof. I ordered half noodles and half super greens with walnut shrimp and Beijing beef(missing the beef).

I have mixed feelings about leaving this review because the staff was really nice to me. But the bottom line is that the food I had at this particular panda was just blah. Below average. Edible, yes. But I felt like when I was eating this today that the quality simply does not come close to any other panda express that I’ve been to. As a heavy eater, I had little to no desire to even finish the food I ordered because it just lacked flavor compared to sister locations. I’ll be happy to be proven wrong some time in the future but for now I will not be returning here.

How do you forget to put the main courses in the entree for a to go order. Litterally forgot the teriyaki chicken and green bean chicken in my 3 entree meal…had over a half hour to get the order ready before I arrived. Extremely dissapointed!

Let’s see.. Let’s start off with the rude manager I encountered.. Becky or Barbara gave me attitude because I didnt want the Five left over noodles that’s was left burning in the pan.. The look she gave me was unbelievable.. Then after she looked at me, she kicked me out saying I was rude. Even the cashier repeated me.. I was sooo lost.. I will not be eating there if she in there for sure ..

I’ve been to this location a few times. The staff here are fantastic. Very friendly and they keep the lobby clean with a welcoming atmosphere. Food is good. I’ve had to wait on an item a few times but the wait has only been a minute or two.

This place has gone downhill. we’ve been going to Panda Express for years and were one of the first guests at this Panda on New Center Point when it opened. We won’t be returning. Normally, the staff gives a rounded scoop of food, which is an adequate size and worth the cost. An obviously new girl gave scoops that were below the rim, more like 3/4 or half-scoops. My wife took photos of our son’s meal prepared by someone else and my wife’s prepared by the new girl. My wife’s looks like someone had already eaten part of the meal. When we brought it to the attention of someone, Melissa was called over and argued and said first that the staff has been giving too much food, then she changed it and said they were running out of food so they were rationing. Rationing? They certainly didn’t ration the price. It was the same cost for LESS FOOD! She said that’s what they would be doing from now on. There are plenty of mom & pop Chinese stores that are healthier and need business rather than patronizing a huge national chain that wants to be cheap with their portions. When they knew we were going to complain, they refused to give us a receipt. By the way, when the store on Centennial started giving very small scoops, we stopped going there years ago.

Not sure who they have staffed tonight, but you gotta keep them. They were extremely busy but were constantly pushing out fresh food and amazing customer service. Now the food… AMAZING. Probably one of, if not the best experiences I’ve had from them. Keep up the amazing job!

THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL. If you want your food at a certain time, you better order for a time half an hour or more BEFORE you actually want to pick it up. They are late EVERY TIME…. AND they NEVER give enough sauce. Ordered a family meal…and 2 plates…received 4 packs of sweet and sour sauce. Also, they apparently DON’T read the order(or don’t even know how to read!). My receipt specifically says to include 5 or more fortune cookies…ABSOLUTELY NONE in the bag. The Powers & Constitution location needs to get themselves together. I don’t leave reviews, but felt this needs to be said because this is about the fifth time this has happened. We will never order at this location again. Customers are always mad or frustrated when we pick up. We get it, they are busy…but they need to change their operations to accommodate for masses. I hope either a new location pops up more east, or this one would just shut down.

Aunt ordered a family pack online for pickup. Order was ready upon arrival. Order was for 5 unique items (fried rice, chow mein noodles, chicken with beans, bejing beef and honey sesame chicken. However upon return to house, opened and found 3 containers of broccoli beef and 2 containers of fried rice. Food was still good, but not as ordered – prepare to check your online order before leaving the shop.
