If I could give 0 stars I would. When we called about our entire order being messed up this woman got an attitude with my fiancé over the phone I wish we got her name because I’ve been in food management for 10 years and this isn’t how you treat your orders. The fries tasted like they sat in a fryer for hours, we got chocolate caramel salted cookies instead of turnovers (WHICH IM ALLERGIC TO THE COOKIES) the cheese they gave with the fries was literally enough for ONE fry! I will never ever order from here again!

I came in to pick up an order. The lady behind the counter was rude and short, said she did not have the order…when I showed her the order on my screen she flipped the order screen around like I lying to her. The manager had no answer for why they were not receiving orders from the delivery service. The lady and another employee began laughing about how I was not the first person to come in and them not have the order. Her manager asked her to be understanding and she stated several times “Not my order, I don’t care” and loudly mocked and belittled her manager. Sadly, I wasn’t the only person in the store. I had to cancel and individuals delivery and this staff made no effort to restart systems or call about the issue leaving who knows how many without paid orders. No matter what your food tastes like, staff with that kind of attitude and lack of empathy is NOT who I want touching my food.

Would give -0 if I could order 2 beef ‘n cheddars sandwiches they was cold ask for 2 hot ones they just gave me back the two that I gave them. That was very disgusting and cold. Floor was very sticky and disgusting as well. I will never go to Arby’s again. tried to reach out to you can’t get a hold of no one poor service.

Never again, ordered three large roast beef, two had raw roast beef, the other was dry and thick cut. The only thing not disgusting was the cheese sticks. Not even going back for a refund or replacement.

I always come here cause it is convenient, but I must say the service is terrible from one lady in particular. She is an African American woman in her mid 40s and has straight black hair. I don’t think she knows the words please or thank you. She’s been short in every interaction I have had with her and it doesn’t look like it’s because they are busy. It is just very unfortunate because she seems to be an management.

This Arby’s is probably ranked at the bottom of the barrel. The entire staff is lazy and constantly gets orders wrong as if they are high, or just too ignorant to make the orders accurate. They are joking around with each other constantly as if it’s some party. With that much distraction you are bound to make a mistake it has happened more than three times, that’s enough for me to know that everyone here is completely incompetent including the management, which cannot see what is obvious. I would avoid this Arby’s at all cost unless you want your food to taste and look like it was prepared by 3-year-olds.

The guy taking my order was super rude, unprofessional. I got to the window didn’t say anything didn’t give me a straw or my sauce for my mozzarella sticks. He had an AirPod in told him have a good day he just looked at me. There was no one there, so it’s not like they were super busy smh
