Ordered over 70 for dinner. Ordered the 40 piece meal mixture of boneless and classic. Didn’t get our 10 Hawaiian classic wings they sent plain boneless and didn’t get 5 plain classic wings they sent boneless. Drove all the way back to the restaurant to pickup missing items and they still didn’t get it right. Still no plain classic wings. At some point someone needs to actually read the order and double check package for correctness. They should refund the whole order and pay for my gas having to drive there twice. On top of all that classic wings not cooked properly you expect crispy skin… Not what we got soft almost raw skin. Think twice about going here for wings not good service or food especially for what you pay for it. Ridiculous never again.

Ordered on DoorDash for pickup lastnight at 10:00pm my order stated it would be ready by 10:25pm got there exactly at 10:25pm just for my food to not be ready yet I didn’t get my food until 10:40ish I checked to see if my food was hot first thing I grabbed was corn which was on the top that was hot so I assumed everything was hot got home my chicken was not sauced all the way also was very cold my celery & carrots was just wrapped in paper no container or anything extremely disappointed the whole point of me placing an order for dash pickup was for my food to be ready for pickup when I arrived at the time stated! & whoever made my food shame on you for boxing it up & thinking that this was ok I will not be ordering again from this location horrible customer service!!

I definitely would not go here. While waiting for order I see female employees standing there playing with their hair then touching orders multiple times. I also watched a box of.gloves fall into the like nacho cheese and them just take it out and continue on like it didn’t happen. Employees(mostly the 2 females) were very rude to costumers

The wings are usually pretty good but don’t ever go in a hurry and always double check your bag. The workers hate it here and we get something wrong with our order every time. An order usually takes an hour when it’s supposed to take 25-35 minutes. If they found people that want to work here, it would be a better spot.

Great wings, but 30+ min any time we come here. Last trip we were told 20 min and it we over 45 min. Spent my whole lunch waiting on my food.

Service sucked. I made an order online and when I arrived, waiting another 20 minutes they tell me they only saw part of my order and after showing her my full receipt that was sent to my email I was told I would still have to wait ( a long time) for the manager Steve to come in… So I left without my grandson”s food and now I have to find time in my day to go back and see Steve.

After placing the order, I was notified it would take 25-30 minutes for our order. We arrived after 30 minutes and still had to wait another 25 minutes. There were 8 people in the kitchen and it still took forever to get our food. The restaurant was disguising. The trash can was overflowing and there were tables with trash piled on it because the guest didn’t have a trash can to use.

Food was ordered online at 7:30 didn’t receive my food until 10 o’clock when I ask could I have a ranch for the long wait I was told I had to pay $1.07. I told him they can have it upon returning home and opening up my food, I realized it they did not give me the right food, I ordered Louisiana rub in my food was wet. I called it to speak to someone she argue with me that a rub could be wet or dry. I’ve never had a wet rub. Drove back 15 minutes and once I got there, the manager immediately walked over to the counter with a nasty look on his face. I handed him my bag and told him that I had the wrong food. This was not Louisiana rub. He opened the box, looked in it and throw it in the trash. Evidently he knew why I was there, because he never open his mouth to say anything to me. His whole demeanor was very nasty and rude. Louisiana rub is the only thing that I ever order from there so I know that it’s never wet. That’s why it’s called a rub because it’s dry. I will not be going back for a long time because the customer service tonight was very bad horrible. The pictures will clearly show the difference between the two.
