While the shop was a little dirty due to the lunch rush, the staff was amazing and caring. The sandwiches were delightful, and the specials were fantastic. The past few days picking up 3rd party delivery orders from this location has been a challenge. Long wait times for the food. I even show up late and still not ready yet. The workers here look like there over worked as well. Maybe it’s best to up the staff during the busy times which seems like it’s all day! Beware for those trying to get orders delivered from this location either Doordash or Grubhub. You may have to wait a bit.

Two years ago I would of gave this place 5 stars. But lately the service is less than stellar. Lunch time rush was a disaster! Between all the online orders I waited for half and hour as two in line. Then was told the white bread was for only the online orders as they ran out. I would recommend a second station for online orders because as a walk in I don’t think I would return.

I have to give a huge shout out to the two employees who were working at this location on Saturday April 15th. I went in at 12 to get a sandwhich and they were busy. It was just these two employees working at the time. They were friendly and helpful to all the customers and worked like a well oiled machine between them. I wish I got their names, but regardless they were doing what they could with what they were given.

I enjoy Jersey Mike’s on regular occasions. The food is good and the staff are generally great. When using the app, they don’t always read the special instructions, but give them a call, and they’ll work it out for you. I love the Club Supreme, with roast beef, turkey, and bacon.

So I typically got to the Jersey Mikes in Eastvale since live close but I was passing through Norco and decided to get my mom and I a sandwich from this location. She ordered a mini and I ordered a regular #7 Mikes way. Unfortunately I ordered online so I didn’t watch them make it. When I got home to eat it there was absolutely no oil and vinegar which left the sandwich extremely dry. To top it off the bread was hard as a rock which left it un edible as a whole. Now I wasn’t asking for the moon and the sky but I did feel my sandwich should be replaced seeing I couldn’t eat it. It took till the next day before someone could get back to me and when they do they only refunded the price of the mini sandwich my mom got since that was the cheaper of the two. How does that make since when that’s not the one I purchased?!?! I’m all about customer service and this was horrible. I’m always in Norco but I think I’ll stick to my Eastvale Jersey Mikes. You lost me as a customer.
