I came in last night with my boyfriend and the service was really nice so I didn’t expect what came next. I didn’t mind the wait time because my boyfriend got a 10 piece combo and me myself got a 8 piece. It was definitely our fault for not checking the bag before we left.. my boyfriend got his entire meal but the sauces were wrong and we got one ranch total in that bag when I asked nicely for extra. I didn’t even get my whole meal, the fries were missing and I didn’t even get wings. I got 2 chx tenders overly seasoned with honey pepper? It literally tasted like I was putting a lemon in my mouth when I tried to take a bite. I had a long day at work and I was hoping to get some wings to cheer me up but it just made my night worse. Paid $11 for 2 tenders, that’s insane and I didn’t even get a receipt so I can’t even call and prove the mistake that was made. Overall service was really nice just didn’t seem to care in the end..

Placed order online at 5:04 p.m. Order stated that it would be ready in 16 to 21 minutes. I arrived at 5:36 p.m. I wanted to give them ample time to get the order finished. They advised me that the order was not ready yet . I stood waiting for about 20 minutes and then overheard the people grumbling and two people stating they had been there over an hour. This was at approximately 5:50. I continued to wait. At 6:00 a woman who appeared to be the manager asked if anybody had been there an hour. Three people said they had and I advised I was almost up to an hour. She got our names and told the crew to start getting them ready quickly for the four of us. She then told the crew at the counter to stop taking phone orders or walk up orders. Several people came in and attempted to place an order but were turned away. Over the next 10 minutes the three of them got their food. At about 6:15 the manager asked my name again. I gave my full name as it appeared on my order on my phone. She then went into the back where they were making the food. She spoke to several of them. At about 6:23 she looked at me and then told the girl at the counter that my order needed to be the next one prepared. She yelled at me and said what was your last name? I gave it to her. Several people then picked up their orders but at 6:36 they called my first name and last initial. So my last name was not on the order system at the store. My order took an hour and 32 minutes to prepare.

I just read the horrible reviews about this place and I couldn’t agree more. The service is horrible. I would never order food from here but I deliver to customers. Each an every time I go there the food is never ready and when it finally is the workers hand me a cup to get the drink for the customer. That is not my job! My job is to pick up the food and deliver to the customer. The last time I was there I told the worker that I am not allowed to get the drink. When I said that I promise you the girl danced around behind the counter like she was throwing a temper tantrum! I was just waiting for her to fall on the floor. I walked out. They canceled the customers order. I feel bad but I probably did the client a favor. The next time I am there I am going to record everything. Young people please get it together! This store really needs to be shut down until the owners revamp management and retrain the staff!!! My advice, Do Not Eat Here!

Me and my wife enjoy this place all the time. It’s a great place if you enjoy wings. But today I’ve never had an experience like this before. We stood there for 10 minutes at the counter while all 3 employees looked at us and continued to play on their phone as they’re handling food. Gross but okay. Then I proceeded around the second pickup area to get the worker’s attention as she ignored me 3 times saying excuse me. When she did finally decide to turn around and tend terribly to her job, she starred at me rudely tossed my bag at me and when I asked for new fries bc the ones she gave me were freezing cold, she snatched them from my hands and didn’t say a word as she turned around and continued to play on her phone. After another 10-15 minutes of patiently waiting, she finally hands me what is suppose to be a large fry but is now a small. I ignore it and deal with it and tell her to have a great day. With nothing more than an eye roll she turns herself back around and continues to neglect several other customers who had been waiting for a long period of time as well. After this experience, I think me and my wife will be taking a break from eating here for awhile.

I see why this place get bad reviews im upset i have to give them a star. Horrible. First of all im calling to make an order since 10pm NO answer. So i called for an entire hour after i get there to see the employees standing around watching the phone ring. So i ask why arent they answering the phone. She says we stop at ten. Then yall need to advertise that since you close 2 hrs later! Then its 1050 pm and they kicked us customers out of the lobby in the cold and they are open for another hour what the hell kinda service is this I reccomend never spend a dime here whoever is in charge dont know how to run a business.

Never tried Wingstop before, so I thought I would try it for dinner with my family. Walked in and went to the register to look at the menu and order, only to stand there for 15 minutes and be stared at by the employees in the kitchen. A guy behind us in line lost his patience before us, went to the employee to ask about ordering. Turns out, it’s only online orders being taken. Not a single sign that says this, not a flyer on the door, and not a single employee to let us know. They just periodically glanced our way before continuing their work. As someone new to this place, would have appreciated communication and basic service from employees. Ended up leaving and eating dinner elsewhere. Don’t recommend.

Took my nieces and nephew here for lunch. The staff were friendly. Good energy walking into the place. The manager (Zoe) was every helpful. The cashier was patient with my nieces when they were being indecisive. The wait was not long at all. Our food was so good and fresh. We will be back

Food was ok ,Service was really slow. Workers would be on their phone instead of preparing orders I waited about 40 minutes for 15 wings. Only 2 workers in the kitchen?!?! Some of the workers were going in and out to the parking lot. I will not be returning to this location. Please get new workers or make new rules.

4 days ago I ordered dinner about 11ish at night I went and they had me waiting outside until 11:55pm just to tell me that the system was down and they didn’t have my order. Unprofessional!! I was surprised someone even answered the phone to take my order. Their tone was as if they didn’t want to be there. I began to give my order and they HUNG UP while I was giving my order. I was giving this Dover store another chance after a not so good experience on a previous visit. (I watched them be rude to other customers as well.) You are missing out on good customers that would visit much more often if the service was better. We are coming to spend our hard earned money at your establishment and are getting treated like unwanted step children.
