This is way too many times to have the same experience! This is the last time! I have never returned your uncooked food but I choose to do so today! I paired way to much for all three bowls to be nasty! The young manger Hugh was very disturbing. The fact that he had zero respect for us as customer was really disappointing. He refused to correct the issue on top of having a very nasty attitude. Instead he wanted to make all me I am the only customer who has had that issue. Very hard to believe. He needs to be trained properly on how to handle situations as such. We will not be back to this establishment. Do better! Stop serving RAW Rice!

I see why this chipotle has a 2.9 stars. Long wait in the drive thru lane and then my order was completely wrong and missing the guacamole that chipotle charged $3 for. Plus my lid wasn’t sealed on the bowl completely. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the lady in the drive thru was nice but I’m not going back.

Good food no doubt but the place was dirty. We had to clean our own table because there was not a clean table in the place. The drink counter had spills and was not well stocked. That is why I give it 3 stars overall. I was a restaurant manager and cleanliness and sanitation are pet peeves of mine. I think the shift manager can do a better job in monitoring the place and if needed grab a cloth and sanitizer and clean the tables him or herself.

This has to be the worst Chipotle in the area. Might as well close it down because the quality of food, the preparation and most importantly the service is not up to par. I have given them a chance several times but, I realized that if your General Manager (Monica) is rude, unprofessional and apparently unhappy with her job, the establishment is always going to perform poorly. The food is never consistent, if the rice isn’t hard, the queso is watery, the chips are stale if you even receive them. I hate that I have to go miles away from my home if I want decent Chipotle. Shouldn’t the quality and service be the same at every location. Just close down..The employees and management clearly don’t want to work

Picked my son up from school and we decided to stop and get some chipotle for dinner. Upon getting the rice, chicken, etc. the first girl was very rushy and almost knocked our food over twice. We had to repeat to her our order several times because she wasn’t listening fully. Then we get to the register and a girl with red hair checks us out. She had a very rude stank look on her face for no reason. When I finished ordering she slid the food across the counter and didn’t even bother to say “thank you”. It took everything inside of me to not give her a piece of my mind, but I stopped myself out of not wanting to make a scene. We never said anything to her to warrant that type of attitude (unless asking for chips is a problem) we summed it up to them having a hectic day, but when people are spending their money, it’s no reason to be rude.

This Chipotle is so hit-or-miss. If you order ahead and opt to pick-up at the drive-thru you still will have to wait so I don’t even know why they have a pick-up window. Every time I go here they’re out of something and the employees are the absolute slowest with no sense of urgency.

The management sucks. I stood in line 25 minutes to find out they don’t have veggies prepared on the walk in line. I asked if they could pull them from the drive thru line and the manager said “no and we won’t be making any anytime soon”. It’s 5:49pm and y’all are open for several more hours. Not understanding why that was the response. It’s not like they didn’t have them. I come here too often and spend too much money to be talked to like that. Just rude.

My go-to whenever I don’t feel like cooking. I would say 18/20 times everything is great. The other two times, maybe the proportions are lacking, or there’s something in my bowl that shouldn’t be. But just a quick chat to their CS on the app, and you’re good to go. Allergen friendly for the most part, and they’re pretty clean.
