i came here dec 17th and i have never felt so disrespected by a customer service personnel. the young man was very hard working and tried his best to be nice. on the other hand, the elderly short latina kitchen lady with big hoops was very rude and talked bad about us in spanish right in front of us. mind you my whole family looks mexican but ok whatever…. what had happened was we arrived there around 6 pm. usually jack in the box is my last choice because i have had bad experiences in the past. but the young man took our order. he didn’t know that the kitchen lady “forgot” to turn on the milkshake machine so we waited like 15 mins for a milkshake. the elderly lady was too busy socializing with other customers and bringing them free food. i think they might’ve been her close friends ot family. but anyways we went back to order food at 7pm. she said they were “too busy” to take our order and that we needed to go thru the drive thru if we wanted anything. and we explained to the young man that we had a flat tire and we couldn’t go thru the drive thru. the lady tells him in spanish “tell them it’s not my problem. tell them to leave because i don’t care and i’m tired” but as soon as we left she brought MORE food out to those customers mentioned earlier. this type of behavior is unacceptable and she should be retrained on how to be nice to people, or atleast not talk bad about them right in front of them.

This use to be my favorite Jack n the box. Not anymore cause the quality of food have went down. The crispy chicken wrap was burnt and more tortilla than lettuce. I have been going to this jack in the box for a little less than a year now. The food tastes exceptional. The staff are pretty friendly. But the service will often get something wrong with my order. For example, Thrice in a row, they forgot to give me the sauce for my Heinz dip and crunch bacon cheeseburger (this item is off sale now). Other times I will ask for my iced tea to be sweetened, and I will get it unsweetened. I like my tacos with easy (less) taco sauce, but I’ll usually get extra. Lately, I’ve been asking for the sauce separately and adding it myself.

Fine food and would give 4 stars for just that, but lost a star due to questionable customer service. I placed my order on the mobile app and customized my burger, but the worker wanted to confirm I did in fact want the two sauces I said I did.
