Craving a burger from somewhere new I went to the GPS and found this place. The menu sounded amazing so why not!? Well it was more like trashburger than smash burger. Everything was just over the top and messy it wasn’t really a burger anymore. The brisket was really dry, bacon extra soggy and fries and tots was soaked in grease. Seemed and looked like the sides were already cooked and they just fried everything again to warm up instead of cooking fresh batch. Definitely over priced for the portions and flavor. First and last time trying here.

This is my new favorite place to grab a burger! Unlike other places,they have a variety of burgers: turkey burger, black bean, etc. I love that they offer some more healthier sides like the sweet potato fries and brussel sprouts. At this location the inside and tables were very clean and the service was quick. Looking forward to returning. 🙂

Sad that I see a lot of very poor reviews of this place. Thankfully I had a very pleasant experience. The service was nice, and the food was absolutely incredible for a fast food place. By far the best burger and chicken sandwich I’ve ever had at a fast food joint. Also the smash fries are absolutely bangin.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and received no chicken in my sandwich.. the customer service was awful and the woman answering the phone was rude and careless about my concerns!! I had specifically called and explained my allergy and the food was delivered cross contaminated and a mess!! No labels, no individual bags.. the food they did manage to get correct was not any good!! This place sucks and i will never order from them again. Customer service is pitiful and the staff needs to be retrained.

Extremely disappointed in the operation of this business. My boyfriend ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, which was delivered as a bun with NO chicken. Just bread, lettuce and pickles. ON TOP of this, I have celiac disease and CANNOT eat gluten. Smash burger is one of the few places that offer gluten free rolls and even with that I will NOT be returning. I called the store to let them know of the severity of the allergy of my online order since there was no option for notes and the employee replies “oh? Just letting us know?” as if it was a bother to her. THEN I received my order UNMARKED with both my side and my boyfriends FRIEND ONION RINGS touching each other. As a restaurant manager I am APPALLED that allergies are not taken seriously. I was told “oh there were two allergies with similar names they must not have realized in the kitchen”. This is the complete opposite of ServeSafe protocol. Are none of your employees certified?

Very bad experience with a delivery order today. Fries and sweet potatoes fries were missing, but even worse, the chicken sandwich was completely RAW in the center. Disgusting and unacceptable. I’ll never get Smashburger again.

This restaurant had an unsanitary odor that was very noticeable upon entry. The onion rings were unevenly cooked and the burger was okay but ya, I couldn’t get past the smell and I won’t ever return to this location.
