Tteelliissee !
This was my favorite location for years but now I intentionally drive out of my way to go to a different one. The employees are almost always rude and rushing me. Granted I appreciate fast service, but their aggressive approach has made me stop going there completely. Really disappointed but hopefully management will change and more professional people will be hired!

I’ve been coming here for some time and on dec 5th 22 at 7:37 am. from the drive-through, someone in this place made me the most disgusting cappuccino I’ve had, like their face probably, one sip and in the trash. the hash browns were undercooked, and the egg wraps were soggy. Id stay away from this dump literally.

Went on and ordered a couple cold drinks and a donut and waited around for 10 minutes while the server was busy working orders for the drive-thru. Another customer came in and he got his order before I did. I watched as another server was filling up a cup with the lid on. These people can’t seem to get their act together so I won’t be going back there any time soon.

I don’t know if they have new workers or what! But I go to this Dunkin every day for the last 3 years.. recently the last month or so, I have been greeted by some female who obviously doesn’t like her job with that tone of voice she has with zero manners. I ordered a large hot Carmel reg with an order of hash browns…. I received a medium regular coffee.. soggy hash browns.. waited 15 minutes in the drive thru btw ridiculous!

Absolutely terrible experience. I was traveling alone with my infant son and needed a bathroom. When I entered this location the bathroom was blocked off, I’m assuming due to covid. I explained to the worker that I had been traveling for 4 hours with my baby and that it was an emergency and asked for an exception. She went to ask her manager who showed zero empathy and didn’t even have the decency to come out to tell me no to my face. Instead the manager sent this poor girl back out to tell me I had to go somewhere else. I am assuming the workers are allowed to use this bathroom and am wondering how much more work it would have been to let a mother and her baby in…the answer is NONE. This establishment owner should be embarrassed and ashamed of the management. The lack of grace and decency is disgusting and pitiful

I have been going to this dunkin nearly every day as they are the only drive thru option between my home and work. I order the same thing every day, and if it’s right 2 out of 6 days it’s a miracle. Take the extra few seconds to make sure an order is correct, please.
