I ordered food through the drive thru. I was asked to pull forward and wait for a very small order. I waited 25 minutes as the KFC staff delivered several orders to cars waiting that arrived after me. I asked the staff about my order and they were very rude and not apologetic at all. I went in and talked to the manager and she stated that staff had walked out. She was angry because the air conditioning was not working. I asked for a refund because of my long wait and she said she could not refund my money. When I spoke about the poor service and my frustration, she told me to leave the store. I felt like this entire experience could have been on an episode of Jerry Springer. I will never return to this poorly managed store or any KFC if this is how they treat customers.

If I could give no stars I would. In this day and age with the prices people charge at the very least expect to get what you pay for. Well tenders were ice cold and re-dropped, “extra crispy” chicken was soggy, no sauces at all were given, and literally had to make my own gravy because they forgot it.

This location sucks! I went to the drive through and received a paltry amount of food after ordering a large popcorn chicken. I received 4 pieces, I asked for a refund and they refused. The manager also refused to give any info on their corporate info. I eventually got ahold of corporate and filed a complaint. When the DM finally called me all they wanted to do was give me store credit. I really don’t want to take anything at this garbage place anymore, I just wanted my money back since I did not eat or drink anything. KFC used to be a decent place to eat, but now it just sucks.

We gave up going to this location years ago. More than once they’ve been, “out of chicken”; true story. My gut is they just don’t feel like working/serving customers. I could write a book about our terrible experiences through the years, both with the food and rude, incompetent employees. Highly recommend avoiding.

First I pull up to the speaker, I am told they are limited on chicken. I say what about chicken bowls, oh that’s not the chicken I’m referring to. I Oder 2 chicken bowls, 2 large coleslaw, pull up to the window and the manager is telling the new lady u do what you want for the 16 piece but u going to have a lot of ppl passed off without any chicken for the next hour. I get pulled to the side, I go back to the window on foot (no one was in the drive through) I asked for a sweet tea and got unsweetened. They gave me a coke in exchange. I get my chicken bowls and they torn the chicken into mini pieces to put in the bowl, barely any gravy and no gravy in one. 25 dollars on a meal they wouldn’t have paid for themselves. It’s a shame! I definitely will not be coming back to this location.

2 weeks in a row they have not had chicken at 6PM. We were told both times that it would be a 30 min wait at least. I know times are tough with staffing but this is clearly poor planning and execution.

It took 40 min to get our food ready when the app said it was done no the ppl working said it would be 20 min and didnt know how to get our money back to cancel the order then it wasnt 20 min no 40 min later we got our food and they didnt give a refund a drink for the wait nothing.

Never ceases to amaze me how bad this KFC is. We waited 5 minutes at the drive thru on a Saturday nite. When we finally drove around all the workers were sitting out in their car. They still didn’t come in to take our order.
