Had to change this once a 5 star review down to a straight 1. Idk if owners have changed but this place has been absolutely atrocious for the last year. Id recommend ANYWHERE else. Today I ordered a pizza and said 15 min wait. I waited 45 mins outside (I ordered curbside) and no one came out so I just left. Bunch of clueless people working here. Would be nice to get a refund but we all know how that goes!!

When I arrived to pick up my order at the time I requested, I was informed it would take about 10 more minutes before the pizza would be ready. They realized it was incorrectly made. I appreciated their honesty and the fact they caught the error before I took it home. The staff was friendly.

Showed up to pick up my order and was told by the most condescending and rude person that my 2 coupons could not be combined. Yes I make mistakes all the time HOWEVER as a business that relys on the customer to make money, this isn’t acceptable behavior.

Ordered for curbside pick up but when I arrived they said the food was not done and they’d come back out to me in 10 minutes. They completely forgot about me when I got my food it was cold. The regular employees didn’t seem to care and just said they were busy however the store manager offered to remake the Food and when I said I didn’t want to turn around and drive back up there they gave me a credit for a future order.

Worst pizza I ever had, don’t know if it is the day or whoever made it ,never seen one so skimpy Eaton Rapids store was the pitt. Ordered for delivery, they put down for pick up so order sat there for 1 hr total and they wouldn’t make new sandwiches , they charged me full price in delivery, I would have tried to make the customer a little happy , not even an apology if any kind

Awesomeness! The owner of this pizza place really appreciate his personal here! And the customers are appreciated also! I absolutely Loved my pizza and salad. Except they put olives on it! Also didn’t put pepperoni on my pizza, only extra cheese. They have to do phone service calls because they need workers here! He is looking for help here! Need a job he would be the guy to work for! If I wasn’t working I would work for him! It wasn’t his fault on the order , the phone service person didn’t really understand or speak good English.

We’re newer to Eaton Rapids so have only ordered from this location a few times. We have covid in our home right now so I ordered curbside to avoid exposing everyone in the restaurant. I placed my order using the app and clicked on “I’m here” button when I arrived. After waiting 45 minutes I went into the restaurant and my food was sitting in the warmer. I actually had the same problem with the Holt MI location last year when we had covid. We like your pizza but if you are going to offer curbside service, I would like to be able to utilize it when needed. I should have asked for a refund of the tip!
