Idk what’s going on with this location but this is the last time I will eat here. I ordered 3 things and out of all of them we could only eat one. The chicken maple bacon CROISSANT. Tell me how this is a croissant? It’s not it’s a square bun. We ordered French toast sticks that were hard as a rock and burnt. Tried one bite and had to spit it out because of the chemical burnt taste. Such a shame because my children love them. The last sandwich tasted weird too so it went straight to the trash can as well.

I hate to leave bad reviews but this is MUCH needed. This was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had! Me and my boyfriend went through the drive thru around 10:45pm. We sat there waiting almost 10 minutes before they even took our order. Then the woman was extremely rude and acted like we were an inconvenience, even though we came over an HOUR before they closed. We get our food and drive home just to realize our baconators are ice cold. The cheese was not even melted, the buns were cold, and the meat looked disgusting. The fries were awful too, they were cold and stale. They must’ve been sitting out for hours. It was so repulsive we couldn’t even eat the food. I immediately drove back for a refund. I talked to the same lady who took our order and it turns out she was the manager for the night. I’m sorry but you should not be a manager if you are okay with giving out undercooked, old food. I asked for a refund and she told me “it’s illegal to give a refund over $20.” What? I work in fast food and I have never heard that rule. Anyway, she offered to re make it but I denied because I was so disgusted with our meal. Why not just make it right the first time? Why do you have to get a complaint before making fresh food? Not okay!

My last visit here was definitely a low. Food was warm. Buns were stale. The wait was very long. The employees did well to mange their attitudes during a stressful time. Some customers were not being nice or patient but the staff stayed calm. The freestyle soda machine was producing warm soda. I’ve had good experiences here but this experience was bad.

Lazy employees, constantly forgetting things in your order, or taking your order on doordash and saying they won’t make your food, and instead of refunding it they’ll substitute it with something you don’t even want and just take your money. Scam of a store, do not eat here.

The service was friendly and pretty fast for how busy they were. Fries were very salty, but I like that. The buns were terrible. Like a mouthful of tissue paper. So dry, and stuck to everything in your mouth. Made both sandwiches inedible. Took the chicken breast off the bun to be able to eat something and it was thin and flavorless. You would think they could do much better given that they’re fairly pricey for fast food.

We come here often. Sometimes there are isues and other times it is fine. The drive thru took forever tonight… Very slow service. Both my drinks were given to us with no ice and they were both flat. The bacon on my spicy Asiago ranch club was burnt. The chicken was hot, but when I bit into it there was tons of grease seaping out of the chicken patty… I mean tons! Gross! I had to use my napkin to wipe off the chicken. Second bite, same thing. I threw it out. I spent $12 on my meal alone and could only eat the fries.

Fresh, hot & crispy fries. The soda was great. But IDK why they never have frostyccino mix at night. Not everyone drink coffee in the mornings! Otherwise, the best service I’ve gotten at any Wendy’s in MONTHS! The guy was friendly, not annoyed that we were there (like the Layton Location), and actually apologetic that they didn’t have coffee at nighttime.

It’s a better than average Wendy’s. The staff is slightly nicer and it’s in slightly better condition. The reason it is rated higher is this is my cheap date stop. Close to home. More drink options than anything but a fiz. Me and me woman will hang out and drink our sodas and watch the world go by
