I ordered a party pack tonight with half crunchy tacos and half soft, all supreme. But the two girls working decided my boyfriend and I were getting all soft, not supreme tacos with a curly hair stuck in one. Yuck, absolutely disgusting.

Tried to go through the drive thru… I had an issue and drove past the order box before I gave my order. I explained that at the window… there was a car behind me so I couldn’t back up to tell them my order in the box so I figured I could tell them at the window… I was only ordering a side of beans. They said taco bell would not allow them to take my order and I have to drive around and get back in the line to order.

So we went to this fine establishment tonight. FIRST off, same as other reviewers, they were out of large cups and offered us a medium saying it was a $.10 difference. And was told they would place coupons in the bag for the inconvenience. Ok cool. SECOND off, ordered a protein bowl and a mexican pizza. And they hand us the bag straight up and down so when we got home, as you can see in the photo, it was a pile of taco moosh (plus no coupons, figured that one already). THIRD, So when we call we ask who bagged this, because this is ridiculous, and we were told to speak “nicely” to her and gave us the corporate number and hung up. Tried to call back and theyre screening the calls. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. I work in food service also and i would NEVER give customer service like this. Very poor

I order from here regularly and it’s hit and miss. They mess up sometimes and forget an ingredient that I added, or are pretty stingy with the ingredients. Other times the food is hot and fresh, and the crunch wrap is stuffed. I’ll still keep ordering though because it’s at such a convenient location.

Wish I could give zero stars. Actually the worst fast food location I’ve ever had the honor of ordering from. Every order something is missing. EVERY ORDER. I’ve made it a regular deal to order from the farther taco bell for extra fees. Sometimes I forget to, and it defaults to this one which is closer to us and were ALWAYS disappointed. How hard is it to read a damn receipt ?

11:25pm I got in line. I waited 35 minutes just to get to the speaker to be told that they had taken their last order and I would not be helped. Just incompetent people doing what they’re best at… and that is not doing their job.

I ordered my food on 7/4/23 at 11pm on the mobile app. When I arrived at the drive thru the employee told me that they were out of beef and would not be able to make my order. I said that was fine and I would like to do chicken in all items instead. Employee informed me that he could not do that because it was a mobile order. I said that was fine and asked to cancel it and order through the drive thru. He stated that I would have to come to the window to do so. I waited for the three cars in front of me to leave and when I got to the window the employee told me I would have to drive back around to the end of the line to order. This made me upset because there were now 5 cars behind me and I was there first. I asked his why he could not just take my order now and he kept says that’s the rule and I can’t. I was so frustrated at this point that I just left without food. He was so rude and my experience was horrible! How are you out of beef? Why couldnt you just make my order with chicken? Why did I have to come to the window to order just to be told I then had to go right back to the end of the line to order? I need a refund please

Incomplete order even though no one else was in the drive through. Ordered 3 burrito Supreme and on crunchy taco Supreme. Only received the burrito Supreme despite paying for all. Not worth the drive back to correct it. Not sure if we’ll return.

This place is way too understaffed to stay open. It’s not the employees fault as my food comes out perfectly and they do what they can but 25 mins in a drive thru…that’s far too long.
