I can’t believe how expensive cheap food is. I got 2 Jr whoppers which were on sale for $5, a small onion ring an ice cream cone in a cup because they had no cones and an ice water. It was $16 after tax and it took so long to make that the burgers were cold by the time we got the rest of our order and I ended up just throwing all the food away. It has definitely gone downhill over the years.

-ZERO STARS…On 8/6/23, ordered a meal here…went through drive thru to buy a young lady some food that had no food and was hungry! I ordered a chicken sandwich, as I was pulling around to window I remembered I had the BK app and I told cashier that I found a coupon. The cashier became rude and I questioned her attitude and lack of respect over a $7.99 coupon code! I tried to ignore her rudeness and continued, the cashier did not give the correct drink so I asked for the right one, once again she was rude and at that point I was annoyed by her unreasonable disrespect. I questioned her attitude, she refused service and closed window…I knocked on window was ignored then I opened the window and asked to speak to the manager, who was standing right by the window. He came over, I explained my dissatisfaction with her customer service and he begins to say well you should have known to use coupon before ordering. I explained I did not know then I had the coupon but I’m here now…he hit mad refused order. Mind you I left out this was my second time in drive thru! After the rudeness he closes window and refused service so I immediately said I don’t want y’all business knocked on window was ignored so I opened window and sat my previous purchased food in window and asked for a refund…this manager started cussing me and threw my money at me! I was able to grab a few dollars, then I said I am calling corporate because y’all don’t need your jobs! As I was pulling off this manage hummed a drink at my car, my window was down and soaked me, my hair, inside and outside my vehicle…I immediately stopped the cat and it went downhill from there!

David possibly his name the Manager at this establishment likes to throw drink at Black Woman! Which is a no go! You are in the field where customer service comes 1st! You don’t throw no type of object at anyone. Do not and I mean do not ever patronize this restaurant. I pray to God the young lady press charges on you! I called to complain and got hung up on. No worries God looks low and sits high!

This is by far the dirtiest Burger King I’ve ever seen. No clean tables, the kitchen looks horrendous. I did a mobile order and had to call and cancel it because I refused to eat here. Flies everywhere. Trash everywhere. Just nasty.

I haven’t eaten Burger King in a long time. Possibly close to a year or even longer. It’s just not something I ever craved. The other night, I was out late and BK (in Henrico) was one of the only options for food and that’s what my husband picked. I tried the spicy chicken sandwich and spicy nuggets. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it.

Management and staff are horrendous at this location. They were confused by a mobile order and still got the items wrong after I heard one of the team yelling the correct items while packing. When I went back, half the staff was out smoking in the parking lot blocking spaces…manager included. Went in to ask about the error, the manager and several staff teamed up aggressively to argue about the mistake rather than try to solve the issue. Staff was also smoking near an open door and the entire dining area smelled of smoke.

Not sure why I bothered to order my food my way. Every single special order request was totally ignored. I asked for a whopper with cheese no onion heavy pickle, got a whopper with cheese no pickles and it had onion. I asked for double whopper with cheese heavy all, got a double whopper with cheese no pickle and every thing else was normal, not heavy. Asked for a bk fish heavy tartar, nope average tartar. Asked for 2 bk original chicken sandwiches no mayo, both had mayo. Asked for 20 nuggets with ranch sauce. There was no sauce in the bag and had to ask for it again, he handed me three. Just saying, if you can’t fill an order when there are 2 customers you shouldn’t even bother to open.
