This location is the WORST Burger King I have ever been to. Every single time I order from this store specifically, I am very unsatisfied with my experience. All the other burger kings in Vegas are way better and treat their customers with respect and kindness. This store does not. During my last visit, I ordered chicken nuggets with my online order and when I arrived, they had me wait 10+ mins at the drive thru window only for them to RUDELY tell me they were out of chicken nuggets. The manager here has no idea how to run a store or make proper accommodations for their customers. And when I asked for a cancellation, I was sent away without further assistance. I am fed up with this location and had to voice my opinions so other customers know what this place is doing. This was a terrible customer experience

My recent visit to Burger King left me utterly disappointed and disgusted. It pains me to write this, but I cannot overlook the numerous issues I encountered during my visit. From the unsanitary conditions to the poorly prepared food, everything about this experience was a complete letdown.

As far as burger King goes I have felt that their customer service has gone down hill. That is nit the case at this one ! There was an amazing gentleman working the drive thru, made sure the order was correct and took the time to make us feel like we weren’t a bother ! I wish I caught his name ! Best drive thru service I’ve ever had !!!!

I pulled in to the drive thru at 6:59pm. I waited 2 minutes to be greeted by a male and asked to wait. The mic reopened to a male and female conversing about 2 minutes later. I said hello and nothing directed to me. 7:14pm I hear the girl talking to a guy that just pulled up to take his order. I decided to leave and there were 2 cars in the drive through waiting for their orders. At this point they were over 16 minutes into their experience as no one was at the order box when I entered. I finally was able to exit at 7:19pm. At 7:22pm I arrived at Sonic. Placed my order and it is 7:32pm and I am home. Never again will I go to a BK. The ownership should be held accountable. They have employees not doing their jobs and over working others. Nothing should take longer than 10 minutes to cook there.

This location has been surprisingly good. I normally visit in the evening and have only been about 6 times since February but every visit has yielded a quality experience. My recent visit was no different and after swearing I was going to post a review on how good the service has been, I felt compelled after speaking to the manager (Dominique) while waiting for my completed order (they dropped fresh fries and onion rings! ), Dominique apologized for the delay and I had to commend her and the team at the location for providing good service and quality product.

so first off the manager should never argue with a customer, especially when you are in the wrong. I understand trying to defend your staff but when your in the wrong own up to it and get over it. so I ordered a number 14 which is an impossible whopper on their breakfast menu but for some reason on their system its a jr whopper.. I would never come back to this location due to the horrible customer service of the manager.
