Surprisingly good pizza. Stuff crust is my favorite. Prices are really not defendable in the pizza market for size of pizza. But I guess you get what you pay for. Referring to quality but not size. Other than that it’s good. I don’t know how they do with sales compared to other competitors. Around the area. But they can most definitely advance themselves As per price point.

It was $19 for a large box (eight slices) of pizza. Ordered a vegetarian and a BBQ pizza, so a little more than $40 including tax. Love how the store smells because of all of the ingredients and pizza-making. Customer service was spot-on with the phone/carryout option. The parking lot can be a bit tight as there are plenty of other businesses in the vicinity.

Had no problem with the ordering or the app or the pick up itself. I honestly should have just opened the thing when I picked it up. The pizza was drowning in BBQ sauce which was way to overpowering and tastes awful. As soon as I saw it I could tell that someome looked liem they were simply in a hurry to make it.

This has to be one of the worst Papa John’s anywhere. Their service is awful. They never put on extra cheese when ordered, delivery takes forever and the pizza usually arrives cold, and their employees are barely literate, seem to be high, and have terrible attitudes. On several occasions, they have simply ignored the order and just don’t deliver. Avoid.

I called to speak to the manager and no one answered. I have asked time and time again for them not to knock because of our crippled dog. I write it every time on the notes and ask for contactless delivery yet the delivery drivers can’t seem to figure it out. Please fix this absolute incompetence!!!

Listen, I genuinely love papa John’s, their pizza tastes great. I guess my only issues are, just like other reviews here, their employees can sometimes have attitudes, I have gotten deliveries late, and their pizzas don’t really look appetizing(although the taste is good), and another thing that bothers me is that 90% of the time they don’t even cut the pizza.. It’s a struggle to get a slice out =_=;

So I ordered a philly cheesesteak pizza and I got a cheese pizza, called them and they immediately corrected it and sent me the right pizza free of charge. I offered to take a pic of the pizza I received to let them see but they said “no if it’s they’re mistake they send the correct one free”….really appreciate it! Also the pizza was good, thank you!

Need to have a better system. The app tells you that your pizza is ready but they’re still running 30 minutes behind I think there’s something wrong with this location. Hopefully corporate will see this and we’ll investigate what’s going on as tube running 30 minutes behind even after your app says that the food is ready.

It was a bad experience on this store, I ordered two toppings medium pizzas with a coupon for $10.99 but this store charged me $14.99. The funny history is that “the manager” told me that the coupon just apply Mon – Thur what isn’t true!. Then they gave me a ticket with another let her on it. See the pictures.
